Pleased with purchase
Easy to use website and quick delivery. The pink hairbrush set is a very pretty colour. Not always easy to find these in the shops nowadays. Bought for a friend’s new baby. Overall very pleased.

Terrible
Terrible. I lost my money and nobody cares. It was received by someone claiming to be me… clearly did not knock on my door as I live alone. I emailed them and they are asking me to chase Royal Mail? Isn’t this your duty of care to ensure parcel recieved safely. I live alone so parcel is as handed to someone in corridor as I live in block of flats
