A long while ago, I ordered a keyboard from them, since on their website, it was advertised as having a UK layout, which I needed. Once my order was ready, I picked it up, and later noticed that it was a US layout, not UK. And they are NOT the same.
I brought it back, and wrote a review on their website for this product, warning users that they should be careful, because it's NOT a UK layout, but a US one. A day later my review was rejected, citing that public reviews are not the correct place to complain about incorrect product information.
I'm sorry, but what? Reviews are there so customers can tell future buyers what to expect. This company doesn't think so, and they just want to silence anyone even slightly critical of them.

Ein Freund hat Ende Januar einen KlappHocker für mich bestellt. Nachdem er davor etwas bestellt hat,was gar nicht geliefert wurde, eine Gutschrift hatte,hat er noch 1690 Forint bezahlt. Und die Gutschrift von 4300 Forint. Erst sollte der Hocker zwischen 11.02.- 16.02.2026 geliefert werden. Dann hieß es,er kommt später.
Am 26.02. war er immer noch nicht da. Also emag angeschrieben.
Die waren " überrascht " oh nein, die Ware wurde nicht geliefert ?
Der Mann hat wieder und wieder geschrieben. Er sollte Emag bewerten 🙄
Gestern habe ich mich an Emag gewandt.
Der Händler hat wohl, so die Vermutung, die Bestellung nicht bearbeitet. Na gut dann will der Kunde SEIN Geld zurück.
Keine Gutschrift, das ist ein Knebel an Emag...
Naja man muss das erst mit dem Händler diskutieren.
Was bitte diskutieren??
Kunde hat Geld an Händler bezahlt.
Händler liefert nicht.
Kunde bekommt Geld zurück.
Ist doch nicht schwer ...
Heute hat er wieder eine Gutschrift, die oben genannten 4300 Forint.
Und der Rest?
Es heißt erst,das könnte man nicht zurück erstatten.
Wir haben diskutiert.
Heftig diskutiert.

Die 1690 Forint würden nun doch auf das Konto zurück gezahlt werden.
Ich bin skeptisch.
Bis jetzt ist nichts gebucht.
Wenn es ein einmaliges Erlebnis wäre, aber das kommt immer öfter vor.
Fernsternfolie wurde, trotz Bezahlung nicht geliefert.
Ein Geschirrabtropfgitter wurde bezahlt, und war leider nicht lieferbar.
Man musste erst einen Fall eröffnen und diskutieren,was man machen kann. Das Geld habe ich zurück bekommen, nach heftigen Diskussionen. Warum muss man mit Anzeige wegen vorsätzlichen Betrug drohen?
Es bleibt abzuwarten ob das Geld morgen verbucht wurde.
Auf jeden Fall können wir nur dringend davon abraten bei Emag zu kaufen, bzw das Geld zum Fenster hinaus zu werfen. Außer Ärger kommt nichts bei rum. Was jetzt mit den 4300 Forint Gutschrift ist? Wir müssen es nochmals versuchen und für die Summe bestellen, es kann- darf - will ja schließlich nicht zurück gezahlt werden.
Allen anderen rate ich,kauft lieber bei einem seriösen Shop.

Mèg egy ilyen sutyerák, hièna cèg a világon nincs! Egy plüssfigurát 20.000Ft+szállítási díj árulnak, amiből Ebayen 2 darabot árulnak szállítási költsèggel együtt kb 16.000 Ft èrt. Ès amikor fel akarod hívni arra a figyelmet, hogy egy büdös rablóbanda, elkezdik cenzúrázni a kommenteket is.

You may find attractive deals on this site, but be aware, there are a lot of scammers. If you ever order, and receive nothing, you won't get any help from the customer service either.

They tell you "we cannot cancel it, the seller has to accept the cancellation".

And then when eMAG support tells you "Yes, we will cancel it" nothing happens. Been going on for one month now. They LIE, they SCAM, they give false promises, they DO NOT DELIVER ANYTHING.

They are not reachable by phone, e-mail, or anything. Only by there stupid chatbot, if you talk for it for long enough (at least 15 minutes), maybe you get a real employee that STILL LIES TO YOU!

This is genuinly the worst company you can EVER do business with. Hope these guys get taken down someday.

There is always some issue with the orders. Last time they sent a different product, now one product is missing. Pathetic.

They sell products that they do not own. They take forever to complete the order, and when they do they don't send notification - but they take the ordered item back.
Also, when I initiated a support chat, they did not send the information they promised that they would about the reimbursement.

15 alkalom utan se tudtam fiokot letrehozni. Ugyanaz a T98 hajhullanaa elleni szerum Nemetorszgaban 33EUR, amit az emag 149EUR, 4.5 szor dragabban arul, amit Spanyolorszagban gyartanak 10EUR.

they are not good i didn't recive my package and no one help i send many emails but nothing , i don't recomment anyone

This company is a fraud. I ordered something, I paid for it, and then they cancelled my order. No merchandise and no money. You can’t talk to a real person, there is no way to contact them by phone or in person either.
Stay away from them.

There a a lot of vendors on the site that sell counterfeit electronic items, they sell the same stuff aliexpress does. If you write a review explaining that they don't show it at the product page cause they flag it as a complaint. I have sent back many items even trademark items that were fake.

I purchased a product that stopped working after a couple of days. The seller rom Romania didn't respond to my warranty claim. Emag.hu didn't respond to my request how to proceed with this claim (a foreign seller).

We received a false product, which is simply a replica of the one we were expecting to get.
Return costs more than the item itself.
There is no customer service to emag, no phone number, email address, just a silly AI that doesn't get what you're trying to say.
No help, useless, pointless, not recommended to order from here in my opinion.

Trash company, avoid at all cost. I've been trying to delete my account for a month and they are not willing to. I reported them to the authorities.

Every single time I order something from eMAG.hu, there's an issue. Either the delivery is extremely late, or the package is sent to the wrong location altogether. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with this repeatedly. I keep hoping things will improve, but the same problems keep happening. Definitely not a reliable experience.

J'ai passé une commande le 4 mai sur leur site web pour une livraison le 12. Le paiement a été débité immédiatement. Depuis, je n'ai rien reçu. En fait, cela fait presqu’un mois que j'ai passé commande et je n'ai toujours rien reçu.

À chaque fois que je les contacte, ils me disent : « Ce sera bientôt envoyé », mais rien ne se passe. Quand je consulte le statut de ma commande sur leur site web, il change constamment : parfois, il indique que la commande a été livrée, puis ils la suppriment, puis il indique qu'elle n'a pas encore été traitée, puis il indique à nouveau qu'elle a été livrée.

Au final, rien n'a jamais été expédié. Mais l'argent a bel et bien été prélevé.

4 terméket rendeltem , csak 3 èrkezett meg! Egèr billentyűzet , monitor, Cpu hűtő! A cpu hűtő argb -s kènt volt hirdetve - nem volt az! A monitorba elvileg volt beépített hangszóró - nem volt! A billentyűzeten 4-5 gomb nem működött. Az egèr meg se èrkezett. Miutàn próbáltam felvenni a kapcsolatot az eladóval a garancia jegyen szereplő email nem létezik válasz jött. Az emagra írtam véleményt hogy senki ne rendeljen az emagon lévő Bestmarkt ról ezt az értékelést Emag nem hagyta jóvá majd válaszul epküldték ugyanazt a telefon számot és ugyanazt az elérhetetlen emailcímet ami a garancia jegyen is volt. Egyszóval az Emag nem hogy segített volna de asszisztált is egy olyan cégnek ami nagy valószínűséggel hibàs termékeket árul. Ennek tudatában
nem ajánlom senkinek.
