Matt's program works if you are willing to follow it. I started Email on Autopilot in 2024, but didn't finish and actually apply the homework until early 2025, and the difference was night and day. By the end of 2025, my email traffic was up over 1400% YoY. The best part is that it's completely doable. You just have to actually do it!
