The email validator doesn't work
I tried to validate bulk emails:
Skipped : 100950
Total : 103407
Very useless tool, support doesn't answer almost 1 week when i asked a refund because of non-working tool

Maybe you could give more time to reading the documentation to resolve the issue with the latest version. Which is not genuinely an issue, but a fail-safe given for a bad VPS setup of a customer. Maybe you can check what each definitions mean on status from the documentation, which is already given in the ticket:
