Payments and verification together are a mess. When a payment fails, verification suddenly kicks in again, even though nothing changed on my side. I’m already a paying user. Instead of helping, the system adds more friction. It feels like being punished twice for the same issue.

cost is prohibitive for men. no cost to women. thats why they send handfulls of photos it costs you $20 to open each one . when i tell the girls this they don't seem to get it . oh i think their photos are professionally staged and taken. ever wonder why you wont find an un attractive girl on E/L??? its because the outfit that runs this site wont accept them.
i think the girls use "canned" questions possibly supplied by E.L. You are really wasting your time on girls from the Ukraine. they don't speak english which is why they insist on using E.L to communicate, it has a translation feature built in. girls, even those in the us refuse to use a free service like whats ap or regular em usually saying something like i am comfortable on this site . even those i have been talking to for some time. refuse. i cant help but wonder about this..... those credits go very fast and you can spend $50 in a afternoon taking to one girl and that doesnt include paying $20 to open one photo. all in all, stay away from this site.

I’ve been using this site for a few months
I’ve been using this site for a few months. Not all chats last, some disappear quickly, some are a waste of time. It’s a bit expensive for me, but I still buy credits sometimes. Support is great. Still better than other sites I’ve tried.

They offer one time payment of $2-3 dollars and all subsequent payments are $20,50 and 200 dollars and they don't last for long but the app isn't too bad.

Finding women is not an issue but the cost for credits is insane. You ask these women if they are paying for credits and you get no real answer but they want you to continue chatting with them. If you tell them you are leaving the site they get upset. My belief is they aren't paying for their service and we are. Not recommended on this site, too expensive.

I've been off and on the site since January. It's a total fraud. Whey too expensive. I've talked to a number of women on this site none of whom were willing to talk offline or actually meet. Their conversations are totally disingenuous. Don't waste your time and money!!!

The website have good layout, not confuse like other one. I can find matches easy but sometime they not online much so conversation stop. I meet two people who is very kind, but one of them not want more than friend. It ok for me. I think they can make it better if add more free messages for new user.

You charge too much to view a letter or photo. Other sites charge 10 credits for a letter and 10 credits per photo and the first one in a letter is free. Your virtual (I call them fake) gifts are overpriced. A person needs to be wealthy to send those to a woman. Real gifts. Every woman likes to be able to hold something in her hands. And frequent flyer guys like myself, why don't you offer to verify me? You ask for one date. It's all the time ! Ever since I came on this site. I buy credits with prepaid cards because I have been a victim of identity theft recently. It's a pain in the ass ! Sorry, but my trust threshold for putting my personal information out there is extremely low right now. So, sometimes I have a problem with my prepaid cards and it's not the bank. I use prepaid VISA debit cards. The money is there. I have alot of pet peeves, but I know you're just looking for an in general review, so I won't go on. I don't dislike the site. I love it. I have met some wonderful women here. And I want to add that I have the absolute best support manager that anyone could have. I want you to know her name is Mary. I love her.
