Total swizz - not based in uk, took ages to receive item, they sent the wrong lamp, cheap cheap product (could have got it on Temu for £15 - paid £75) - and damaged packaging. Still waiting for resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was absolutely disgusted with the light I received it is cheap and nasty and tiny they say it’s for a lounge more like a shoe box so very disappointed paying £52 for something so awful

I wish I had read earlier reviews before ordering lights for my bathroom. They turned up in a plain box with no certificate of conformity or IP rating. I queried this and was told the lights have a rating of IP20. Bathroom lights have to be rated IP44 so my electrician cannot, for safety reasons, install them in my bathroom. I had not realised at the time of ordering that the company are not UK based, particularly with their trading name and "free shipping across the UK". They have made several offers of refund 10%, 20%, 30% and I can keep the lights, which are of no use to me. They insist that I must pay the shipping cost to China to stand any chance of a refund. I am continuing to pursue this via my credit card company and hope others read this before ordering.

Do not use. Despite their name they are a small set up in Australia who use suppliers in China. I received an item completely different from what I ordered - very cheap, poor quality, defective. Customer Services took weeks to resolve trying to blag me along the way. I finally received a refund but it was painful and I had to be persistent.

DO NOT USE - a scam!! They deliberately give the impression that they are in London yet are based in China so expect customers to return defective items to China! Nowhere on the website does it state this. They send defective products which do not match the description on their website, refuse to refund or provide a paid-for Returns label, instead expecting the customer to pay to send the products back to China!! The Customer Service is like groundhog day as they keep trying to offer different things, only a % of the fully price or say you have to send it back yourself without any prepaid label.

Despite the “London” branding, items are fulfilled from China via a dropshipping model with limited cancellation flexibility once processing begins.

Placed an order nineteen days ago, order has still not arrived and despite contacting customer service on multiple occasions I am still non the wiser as to where my order is or when it might arrive. I requested an immediate refund to allow me to take my business elsewhere which appears to have been brushed off. Do not be fooled by free Royal Mail delivery, it appears items are being dispatched from China at the point of order so you might as well pop over to TEMU and make your purchase with a clearer expectation of delivery time frames. I was fooled into believing I was purchasing a high quality product shipped from London.

I ordered 3 door mats , 2 for outdoor and one for bathroom. I chose express delivery. Mislead by their brand name and their lack of transparency I thought they are a UK based business and I should get my items as advertised shortly. As they did not arrive I found out the items are being shipped from China and are made in China. The bathroom mat arrived 10 days later and a smaller outdoor mat a week later, appalling quality cheaply made and nothing like the photographs or descriptions. The third and the largest mat never delivered. I am in correspondence with the company which seems to be based in Australia to get a refund. Complete waste of time.
