Only ordered so far which was smooth. Haven’t received order yet though. But incentive offered for filling this in.

This company is NOT based in Manchester. It is in China. I contacted the company to cancel my order by email, and on their website contact page but heard nothing back from them. Then I get a generated email from them to say my order has been dispatched. This company is linked with another, (Curveline Middlesborough), which is also based in China. I would suggest to avoid as there appears to be no customer services. I have contacted PayPal to help resolve.

The website was easy to negotiate and the after service is brilliant. Quick delivery and communication.

I ordered a pair of Sandals I wanted for before I go away, believing the base was in Manchester & would only take about 4/5days for delivery.
I have tracked them today, & are coming from China & are still in China. Very, very misleading web page. Now I wont get the Sandals before I go away to take away with me, basing my outfit on wearing them. So now I will have to go back out to the shops to purchase some more.
Very upset about this.
No way, will I get these in time. So they will have cost me more money in the long run, as it turns out.

I had a great experience buying these boots. The whole process was very easy and smooth, from placing the order to receiving them. The boots are exactly as described, comfortable, and of great quality. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Easy to order. I haven’t received it yet as only ordered today but products are well priced and the order process was hassle free.

I orded online, payed via PayPal, only to discover I was automatically charged £4.95 for insurance, when I didn't select this?
Contacted them immediately, heard nothing, sent 3 emails, still had no reply!
Now paypal are dealing with it!
Tracked my package.....they are in Shanghai, not Manchester! A BIG con!

Very easy to Oder - simple instructions

I ordered two dresses and it wasn’t until after I ordered I realised they’re actually coming from China and not Manchester (or the uk at all) which is quite misleading. I’ve emailed them three times asking for a refund and they just keep the items, my first email being straight after I ordered them. Despite the website says customer services 5 days a week and a response within 24 hours I have not heard anything back.
