I would like to sincerely appreciate and thank the entire Emirates team for the excellent service and support you provided us, from the very first day I made our booking to the final point of picking us up from the hotel.

This was our first family trip as a family of six, including an infant, and it was also our first time travelling to Dubai. Naturally, I had some concerns and anxiety about travelling with the whole family, especially with a young baby. However, Emirates gave me the confidence and assurance that we would be well taken care of throughout our journey.

One of the things that gave me the greatest peace of mind was knowing that Emirates had arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us safely to our hotel. What impressed me even more was that you delivered exactly as promised. Everything was well organized, and the support we received made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

At some point, I genuinely felt like I was still in my own country. Knowing that the Emirates team was just a call away gave me a great sense of comfort and security. That level of care meant so much to me, particularly because I was travelling with my entire family and an infant.

Thank you, Emirates, for making our first family trip to Dubai such a wonderful and memorable experience. Your professionalism, reliability, kindness, and attention to our needs truly stood out.

La gentilezza e cortesia delle persone che ti seguono è davvero un valore aggiunto. Menziono sempre Emilia perché è bravissima. Poi tutta l’esperienza del viaggio è sempre ottima, dal controllo dei documenti necessari al fatto che volare Emirates è un gran bel volare sia per i veivoli ultra confortevoli sia per la cura che il personale di bordo ha verso noi passeggeri. Poi i transfer da e per l’aeroporto precisi puntuali. Le strutture che scegli sono sempre come te le sei immaginate. Easy and seamless process to book our entire trip. Communication was quick and simple, even when we needed to make changes to our booking.

Our family recently booked a 6-night holiday to the Seychelles through Emirates Holidays, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

The airport transfers in Seychelles were punctual, comfortable, and very well coordinated. Throughout our stay, Emirates Holidays kept us informed about our return transfer and flight, so we never had to worry about logistics.
The hotel, flights, transfers, and overall organization were exactly as promised. Everything ran smoothly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our holiday.

Amazing experience with Emirates holidays with plenty of options in terms of hotel and flight choices. Flawless arrangement.
The only observation would be that more Skywards Miles should be awarded when booking Emirates Holidays packages beside standard air miles. That would definitely motivate us more to use Emirates holidays.

I was a great experience dealing with Emirates Holidays, as due to the situation in the Middle East, our trip was postponed from April to July, they took care of everything move, readjust flights, hotel bookings, transfers and we enjoy our holidays as if nothing had happend. Really trustfull.
