I ordered a exhaust they said it will me shipped in 15 days. But they never ship. Nor they cancel the order if u ask.

They eventually did ship my order but the communication is the problem.

Prise en charge rapide, délais ultra courts. Panne résolue sur mon dyna 1584 , sans matraquage prix , sans rajouter une pièce neuve chère, parce que pas utile,à l instar d un atelier Harley-Davidson. Je suis très satisfait par le travail et d avoir trouvé mon atelier.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Buongiorno. Acquisto un casco a fine febbraio e arriva dopo pochi giorni. Lo porto a casa, lo provo, provo la visiera colorata data in dotazione, e purtroppo mi sta grande. Scrivo subito una mail per chiedere se hanno a disposizione la taglia più piccola altrimenti avrei richiesto un rimborso (per legge entro 14 giorni si può restituire qualsiasi cosa). Rispondono subito che non hanno la S a magazzino e posso procedere con il reso. Casco arrivato a loro a inizio Marzo, sto ancora aspettando il rimborso. Dopo 2 settimane si sono degnati di rispondere che per il loro il casco era stato utilizzato, solo perché avevo provato la visiera colorata e volevano ulteriori 10€ per rispedirmelo perché non me lo avrebbero rimborsato. Il casco non ha mai lasciato casa mia, anche perché l’ho restituito con le pellicole originali (con tutte le scritte sopra) ancora incollate su entrambe le visiere, quindi sarebbe stato impossibile usarlo in strada. Al telefono dicono che si può risolvere solo per mail e alle mail non rispondono. Scrivono solo per dire che hanno già risposto (mai arrivato niente) ma se chiedi di inoltrare lo storico guarda caso non lo fanno. Ho richiamato oggi per l’ennesima volta, per trovare un accordo per chiudere questa storia e al massimo farmi scalare i soldi della visiera “cambiata” (che basterebbe rimontare quella trasparente che ho restituito integra, ma quando uno è stronz* si attacca a qualsiasi cosa), altrimenti vado per vie legali.

Lamentablemente, no hay que fiarse de la información sobre envios que muestran, ya que se ciñen a hablar de "Envio urgente", o, "Envio en 24h", lo que deja muy abiertas las ventanas de entrega de los paquetes. En mi caso particular, se hizo un pedido un lunes, con envio "Urgente 24hr". Tres dias después, y tras sendas conversaciones con el equipo de Atención al Cliente, nadie en EM MOTO ha podido clarificar cuando se entregará el pedido en mi domicilio: Hablan de "días"..
Hoy en día, cualquier empresa que venda productos a nivel mundial, sabe cuando se hacen efectivas las entregas a clientes, sobre todo cuando estas proclaman que los envios se hacen con carácter "Urgente 24hr".

Finalmente recibí el pedido el viernes 28/3. Todo correcto; venía muy bien embalado y según la descripción de la tienda. ¡Gracias EM MOTO!

Compré un tubo de escape y tardaron en enviarlo, por lo tanto tuve que devolverlo, porque ya no me hacía falta, una vez allí me decían que no me devolvían el dinero, que si quería el producto de vuelta tenía que pagar por ello, lógicamente dije que sí, que me lo enviaran de nuevo, jamás llegó, tuve que denunciar.
No recomendables.

Support your local bike shop, I thought I was being clever saving money and cost me dearly

Bought a Shoei helmet, XL, I have 2 other Shoei XL that fit great

Never got any confirmation email, had to constantly chase delivery and it took ages to arrive

I then got hit with £80 import duties, making it more expensive than my local bike shop

Helmet is too tight, emailed and ignored, eventually replied and said I am out of my 14 days

Raised a dispute with PayPal, if that doesn’t work I will go to Visa

Why do this, as if I would ever buy again, surely customer satisfaction is what makes a business great

I have a brand new, perfectly boxed helmet, it does not fit, should it be a £400 ornament

Shocking service, hope anyone who reads this takes note of how you will be treated

Would not use this company each time you speak to them on email they are very rude and argumentative.

It takes them 15 working days to dispatch an item.

Casque Schuberth E2 commandé le 17/03, reçu le 20/03. Livraison ultra rapide pour cette entreprise basée en Italie !
Le carton du casque était suremballé dans un autre carton, très bien protégé.
Cerise sur le gâteau, ce sont les moins chers du net.
J’avais demandé par mail si l’article était en stock, j’ai reçu une réponse très rapide également.
Bravo Em Moto, je vous recommande chaudement !

extrem unzuverlässig und die antworten per mail im problemfall sehr unpassend. Habe 2 Auspuffe bestellt anfang Dezember und im März wurde die ware noch immer nicht verschickt und nicht einmal ein lieferdatum konnte man mir mitteilen. ca 10x habe ich mein geld zurückgefordert und auch das passierte erst wie ich angedroht habe mein geld von der kreditkartenfirma zurückziehen zu lassen.

erspart euch lieber die probleme und bestellt gleich wo anders. aber passt auf dieses unternehmen hat 3 verschiedene webseiten. also ich bestelle dort sicher nie wieder. so eine frechheit hab ich bis jetzt noch nie erlebt.

Habe bei der Firma einen Auspuff am 10. Jänner bestellt.Laut Web Shop ist dieser prompt verfügbar. Ich bekomme jedes mal die Antwort,: am Anfang der Woche wissen sie näheres. Das geht nun schon einige Wochen. Eigentlich möchte ich mein Geld zurück darauf wird geantwortet: Wir sind für sie da???

I ordered an expensive item from a regional town in Australia and the goods arrived, exactly as ordered in 1 week. When I ordered, I asked if they could ship as quickly as possible as I was about to go on a motorcycle tour and wanted the item for the trip. They certainly delivered! That is exemplary service and I have to say that despite some of the reviews here, I have nothing for praise for EM Moto's response.
I will certainly deal with them again.

Ordered 4 x Sena Latitude S1 Ski helmets at a great price from them. I was a bit sceptic in the beginning and quite suspicious to order, but the correspondence with Riccardo was so smooth, he was replying to my email almost straight away. I felt like he was in front of his computer, waiting for me to email him and he was replying back to me immediately. They use BRT.IT for deliveries which is part of DPD. The company does have a huge amount of negative reviews on Trustpilot, but from Italy to France I have received the helmets in just 2 days. They shipped them on 17/02/2025 and on 19/02/2025 (Today) I’ve received them without any issues. So my shipping experience with EM-MOTO was great! I highly recommend them!!!

ordered a mivv exhaust for my ducati street fighter v2 (order nr. 5000012125) 06.01.2025 and paid by bank transaction. until now no news about shipment, if you open ticket you only get a standard reply:

i also tried to reach them by phone, but the answer was that tel line is not responsible for online shopping.

so at the end I cancelled my order last week and I am asking my money back. surprisingly I only got the same automatic reply like many times before, that my item was delayed.

this is absolutely impertinent behavior, these people are actually stealing money from customers. I cannot believe how stupid I am to order and pay by bank transaction before looking at the google reviews. it seems this is a fraud with system and they seem to be doing this to many customers.

i will forward the matter to my insurance and they will get hold of EM Moto srl by judicial transaction.

save yourself the hustle and do not buy and spend one singe € with them!
