I ordered on 27th may 2025, and till now didn’t receive any update from the customer service about my order status, I sent them more than 5 times without any response. And now dont know how to cancel my order and get refund.

I'm really disappointed with my order and the customer service. I ordered two bikinis in mid-April and only received one. I reached out for an update and was told over a month ago that there was an issue with one of the items, but I haven't heard anything since. They’ve also stopped responding to my emails. On top of that, the items are overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend this website.

Never buy anything from them! They don't try to help you. After I ordered, they didn't send me a tracking code and ignored me.

Do not order from this company. They do not reply on chat for customer service related issues. Shipping has been over one month. They claim to ship authentically from Spain. Two of my orders show they are dispatched from Wuhan, China. Many of the items can be found on Temu for a fraction of the price. They have taken down their Instagram posts following my last message to followers sharing these concerns. Avoid!!!!

Stay away! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! It doesn't do refunds and takes forever for the customer dpt to answer so you will miss the change to return an item. Also I thought I was supporting a spanish brand but the package came from China.

Absolute scam, refused a refund despite requesting it within a few hours after purchase had been made mistakenly.

Appallingly low quality, cheap chinese tat is the only way to describe this stuff.

Would leave less than 1 star if possible. Over 2 months and no order arrived. I reached out to cancel and no reply but they did go ahead and send one piece of the order. It arrived about 3 weeks later. Absolutely terrible quality and fit. DO NOT ORDER from this place. Tried again to cancel rest of order...still no response or dress!!

terrible service, waited for ever for my order. Cancelled the order after 2,5 months, received afthet 2 weeks. Shotty quality, so I want to refund it. They don't respond to any email.

Avoid Empire89 – likely a scam

I placed an order on May 13th and never received my items. Despite sending multiple emails to their customer service, I have received no reply at all. The order has not been shipped, and there is zero communication from their side.

This seems to be a fraudulent website that takes your money and never delivers the product. I paid via bank transfer, which unfortunately offers no buyer protection.

Please avoid this site — it’s not trustworthy, and I don’t want others to lose their money like I did.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was sent the wrong items. Emailed them the day I received them and didn't get a response for weeks. Reached out to them on Instagram and was asked to email again. Emailed again and got a response saying because I was now outside the 14 days return there's nothing they can do. Terrible company to deal with and not the greatest quality craftsmanship. Stay well clear of this company

Muy bien montada la página de venta y marketing , anuncios en IG sin buscarlos, obvio q esos precios no van a la par de su producto, es una estafa, todo es de China y poliester, engañan a la gente ,

Quality is absolutely terrible. This is not what the pics show and the shipping takes weeks. Communication terrible also. When I complained about quality not matching what I saw on instagram they told me I had to send the shirt back to Spain and only when they inspected the product would they consider a refund. I’m calling pay pal buyer protection which I believe will support me in the refund. Wish I would have looked at reviews first. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. HORRIBLE and CHEAP quality!!! Nothing like that the pictures state and comes all from China, not Spain!! Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Emailed them twice and no response!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I read about the hand made and fabricated in Spain, all I can say is that it’s a big lie !!!

I found out instead Spain that the shipping is coming from china , on one email order tracking number update.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. This company is a scam. They promise quick delivery, but shipment isn't even processed until a week later. On their website they state immediate processing from Spain. I believe they its all based in China. Worst of all there is no correspondence from them. I would advise not to buy from them.

This is one of the worst brands I have ever experienced. The quality of the items delivered do not correspond at all with the pictures in its web. Please considered twice before getting any item from this brand. I bought a bikini through the web and it looked beautiful according to the pictures in the web. What I received at home was completely different in quality and design. I am feeling cheated.
