They are scammers. Over one month from order, no shipment no response. Just stole 250 Eur.

REPLY AFTER RESPONSE; unbelievable how quick and efficient is team replying to bad reviews and not replying to customer e-mails! I hope my purchase will finally arrive, but anyway such bad customer service never received earlier.

I ordered a suit from this store over a month ago, but they still haven’t even shipped it! Every time I contact support, I just get meaningless responses instead of a proper update on my order. It really feels like a scam – they took my money but never sent the item. It seems like no one here is actually planning to fulfill their obligations. I strongly do not recommend buying anything from this store!

I placed two orders with Empire89 on November 25, 2024, and never received my items. Despite multiple follow-ups, they kept delaying the shipping date and failed to provide a tracking number.

In the meantime, their website changes overnight, with previous products disappearing without a trace. When confronted, they avoid addressing the real issue – the fact that they don’t deliver – and instead respond with a condescending, passive-aggressive lecture about the usage of AI-generated images in 2025, making excuses about "seasonal store changes" as if that would make anything seem less fishy.⬇️

I strongly advise against purchasing from them!

Their clothing is horribly fake and of the worst quality imaginable. They buy cheap clothes from Chinese websites and resell them at outrageous prices. The pictures on their site make the clothes look real, but don’t be fooled! The reality is shocking – the clothes are so poorly made that you wouldn’t even wear them at home!

This is a complete scam, and I strongly advise against buying anything from them. Save your money and avoid the disappointment!

Scam. This is the same people behind Jewels Khepris for woman. These are all AI generated images, you do not receive your goods and they are posting fake positive reviews on here. Do not order as I’m currently going through a length process with AMEX to try and get my £120 back

This company is a total scam. Took months to receive the item only to find that the shoe I purchased was not patent leather as described. And glue was smothered all over. I send it back for a refund, they didn't claim it at customs, so I got them back. And they are telling me that they cannot make a refund if they don't have the item returned. Wow this company is such a scam ripping people off.

Ordino da un azienda che si proclama spagnola ma,arriva il prodotto dalla Cina. Dopo un mese Arriva il prodotto, è completamente scollato e dopo un mese di mail,di foto inviate il giorno stesso dell'arrivo, mi dicono che a spese mie devo inviare il prodotto per averne uno nuovo? Ma che tipo di azienda siete? Vi mando foto di un prodotto Ancora chiuso e devo pagare io?🤣 Un consiglio, NON COMPRATE. Ah, trovato un sito con gli stessi identici prodotti a metà prezzo ed ora in sconto ad 1/4 del prezzo.

DO NOT ORDER THERE!!! I have placed my order in december last year and took over two month for my shipment to arrive. The cartons were wrapped in plastic and the order wasn’t even complete.
To my horror the shoes didn’t even close properly or were lacking the buckle completely. But the worse part is that they didn’t match the description.
I contacted customer service and I had to learn that even though the order was wrong and delayed, I was responsible for the return shipping costs. So there went another 35€.
It is the end of June now and I have been waiting for my refund ever since which totals about 350€!!!
This company is a total scam! Cheaply fabricated, wrong descriptions and the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could select minus star I would ! Ordered two pairs of what looked like beautiful shoes and literally were delivered in plastic bags with holes in… not a bad idea as it aired out the stench of the cheap plastic and GLUE smothered all over the contents. Buckles are cheap, shoes are covered in sticky glue and smell like something which has been dug up, let alone they don’t even look like the picture advertised. Shoe sizing is… A GUESS ! I have tried to get in contact with the company to request a return and refund. I’d of had better results repeatedly banging my head against a brick wall.

I spent £108 on Primark’s rejects. I am now going through the bank to try and get my money back as a last resort. I bought from an advert on Instagram, then my account was suspiciously hacked hours later ! I’m no detective but seems pretty strange to me.

Guys / girls please be aware, this product looks fabulous ON THE ADVERT… however in reality, I wouldn’t use them as toilet paper.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing, but I was in the pub and thought what a good idea ! Thanks alcohol .. and Spain’s ‘finest’ shoe makers ( I’m sure there are plenty of good ones)… should have just spent £108 more in the pub.

I feel I’ve been very unlucky, I must have forgotten to salute that single magpie back in 2003, amongst these other unfortunate people who have been stung by this cowboy outfit, obviously also in the pub at the time of purchase.

OMG I now own a pair of the sparkliest boots I ever did see. I love them. They did take long while to come, ordered on 26 Nov and received NYE. But so worth it in the end, cannot stop looking them.

They NEVER gave me my shoes and kept telling me to give them a Chinese address! It's been 2 months and I still don't have shipping details. They don't respond to any emails either. When I ask for my shoes, all they say is, they've contacted "customer service" which is another GMAIL account. This is a complete scam. Be careful, they normally use "greetings" at the end of their messages which coincides with some of the "reviews" here....

They take your money, give you no answers then your order never comes

These overpriced shoes showed up nearly 3 weeks after ordering, with broken buckles and a 4cm heel not a 9cm heel and definitely not a size 38 despite what's printed on the plastic sole of the shoe. The bag was so small it wouldn't fit an iphone.

Really disappointed feel like i've been absolutely scammed.
