Empire Flippers is an absolute diamond in the rough when it comes to business brokerage services. There are many services out there. Some treat acquiring businesses like posting tshirts on Amazon. Others merely give you the contact infomation of the seller's broker. Empire Flippers is different. VERY different. First, it is not easy to get your business listed on Empire. Their pre due diligency they conduct prior to accepting a listen will weed out a high percentage of the scams and rubbish out there. Next, they have a system in place that is phenomenal once you put in an offer. Prior to acceptance, you may talk to the seller and discuss whether it's viable to move forward to negotiations. Once you've negotiated a deal, Empire is always there in the background to help and advise. Ashley was incredible in setting up an introductory call and making sure we were all on the same page. The due diligence was made easy. And again, Empire is always there to help. Once you move forward to the migration and contracts, they will give you space or will assist as needed. They are so knowledgeable and so eager to help. I never once felt any pressure. Finally, they make sure you've dotted every I and crossed every T before the deal is closed. The only want you to list your business on their site. Even if you never sell it.

They closed my account because I was flying and was offline for a few days and didn't respond to their emails on time, and because I decided to increase the price of my business after I got some buyers interest.

They don't let you choose anything, it's not a free marketplace, avoid like plague.

I’ve sold multiple businesses through Empire Flippers over the years, and they’ve always made the process super smooth. I have purchased a handful of e-commerce businesses and just completed my first purchase through Empire Flippers. Their staff are vastly more competent and helpful than others I have dealt with.

On the seller side, was really impressed with every employee I worked with, in less than 30 days from contacting them I was able to get a sale at the price I wanted, only 4 days after it passed vetting and officially went on the market. The transition over to the buyer was smooth and easy as well.

Not only are they a great brokerage, they educate the entire market with some great podcasts and blogs and sponsor a lot of my favorite events. They're a positive force in the ecosystem of online business, and a lot of my friends have become millionaires thanks to EF.

I'm an EF referral partner now, and actually my biggest problem is that everyone, and I mean EVERYONE already knows who they are or has already submitted a business to them.
