Nunca llegaron a entregarme el pedido. En el tracking aparece como entregado pero, desde luego, no me lo entregaron a mi. Imposible contactar con ellos o poner una reclamación, de ahí el título de mi reseña. Una vergüenza.

Ich bekomme einmal im Monat eine EMS Sendung aus Thailand in die Schweiz. Das Paket ist jeweils innerhalb 2 Tagen in Zürich, das klappt immer vorbildlich gut. Sobald aber die Swiss Post für die weitere Beförderung zuständig ist, klappt immer irgendwas nicht und braucht länger von Zürich nach Luzern als von Thailand nach Zürich. Und die Swiss Post befördert anschliessend das Paket nicht etwa per Swiss Express Mond sondern einfach mit Priority. Ich habe die Post abgefragt ob das tatsächlich so ist und die Antwort lautet wie folgt: „
Ich habe unsere Spezialisten um weitere Informationen gebeten, und sie haben mir mitgeteilt, dass die internationalen Regeln besagen, dass EMS-Sendungen in der Schweiz spätestens am nächsten Werktag nach Ankunft des Pakets in der Schweiz zugestellt werden müssen: In der Schweiz werden EMS-Sendungen nur dann als Swiss Express Mond zugestellt, wenn das Paket an einem Freitag eintrifft und daher am Samstag zugestellt werden muss.“

Was ist daran Express Kurierdienst?
Und der offizielle Kundendienst der Swiss Post ist so oder so eine Katastrophe. Es wird immer aufgenommen und ein Rückruf versprochen. Der kommt sogut wie nie.

Facebook marketplace, I tried to sell some garden lights that I no longer needed, someone messaged me with the typical message ‘I am busy, I will send you an EMS courier and they will hand you the item’ look they don’t even know that I am selling garden lights, they just put ‘item’ . Later they asked me for my email, name, address, ZIP code so I gave it to them, they send me a weirdly looking email. Also who uses zip code here in the uk. This is unacceptable. Also, please be aware, they may also say ‘I am out of town’ instead of the usual ‘I am busy’ text. Please don’t fall in the trap!!! They are scammers

Ist ein technisch zurückgebliebener Postdienstleister! Ich habe eine Sendung an eine Paketstation senden lassen und konnte die anfallenden Zollgebühren NICHT ONLINE bezahlen! Der Kundendienst reagiert nicht auf Emails und telefonisch ist NIEMAND ERREICHBAR! EINFACH NICHT TAUGLICH!

Nieuczciwość w 100%. Po próbach kontaktu z firmą moje pytania dotyczące przesyłki pozostały bez odpowiedzi. Postanowiłam więc wystawić swoją opinię, po wystawieniu negatywnej recenzji od razu się się mną skontaktowano ale nie po to by wyjaśnić gdzie jest moja przesyłka tylko po to by zapytać mnie dlaczego wystawiłam negatywną opinię. Ponowiłam swoje zapytanie dotyczące przesyłki i ponownie nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Dlatego postanowiłam napisać kolejny raz opinię na temat nieuczciwości tej firmy. Wszystkim odradzam, to jest po prostu oszustwo. Robicie zamówienie, płacicie i zostajecie bez pieniędzy i bez towaru który zamówiliście. Uważajcie na oszustów!

Ich wollte über Facebook-Marketplace etwas verkaufen und die Interessentin (Razel Monik) kam dann auch recht schnell, das sie mit EMS bezahlen wollen würde und direkt am selben tag nur 2 Std. später den Artikel abholen lassen wolle . (17uhr das Verkaufsgespräch und um 19 Uhr abholen )

Ich kannte das EMS verfahren nicht und habe es mir erklären lassen, da wurde die Art und weiße schon komisch und dann kam die besagte E-Mail von EMS. Ich soll doch die 100 Euro bezahlen damit der Auftrag bestätigt wird. Wo von vorher nie die rede war, habe direkt alles an Kommunikation abgebrochen und bleibe gespannt was noch kommt .

There was nothing wrong at all. The service was very efficient and the work was carried out with expert efficiency. I will recommend the company to any potential client considering Renewable Energy which will help to achieve an environment that is ecologically sound and advantageous to all.

I was selling something on Facebook marketplace. A profile named 'Delia Consolo' messaged about buying it.
Classic message as many on the reviews have said... "currently very busy with work. I will send a EMS courier to your house to give you the money and pick up the item"
I came on here fortunately before going much further - but please be careful.

Scam- someone on Facebook marketplace claiming to use this to buy an item

Sent a letter via EMS from kantharalak 33110 to uk few weeks ago,didn't know PO BOX numbers not acceptable counter staff should but we all make mistakes! letter was returned six days later,my wife asked on my behalf about a refund,a week later I got back just over 960baht,WHAT A GREAT SERVICE THANKYOU EMS AND ALL AT KANTHARALAK POST OFFICE 👍

ems has just put a new consumer unit in for me and the electrition was very polite and eficient
and would recoment thgem again

Vorsicht ist geboten, habe ein Artikel für 45€ verkaufen wollen, da hat sich auch ein Bieter gemeldet. Der wollte es über EMS machen. Plötzlich bekomme ich ein Mail. Ich soll 100€ überweisen. Als ich dies nicht akzeptiert habe und nicht die Links anklickte wie es gefordert wurde, bekam ich eine Drohung, wenn ich es nicht mache soll ich 95000€ Strafe zahlen und 5 Jahre Gefängnis. Kein Witz habe alles gespeichert. Habe nicht einmal ein Auftrag erstellt, das hat der Bieter in Auftrag gegeben. Habe auch Polizei eingeschaltet.

Horrible customer service lack of information/notification and followup no collaboration what so ever they don't answer calls they are doing nothing to clear my item from customs.

This has been the worst shipping experience of my life, I've paid them 150USD for shipping fees and they left me and my package hanging, and did get any notification or call from their terrible customer support! they wouldn't even answer my calls.
My package has been held in Moroccan customs for more than week no status update no call from EMS to let me knows what i need to do to clear my item out not to mention the I still need to pay custom fees on top of the shipment fee I already paid which they absolutely don't deserve, Just a week ago I've shipped with DHL the moment the item entered customs they've called me on the spot and cleared my package in 24h and took care of the custom fees payment and everything, not to mention that their customer support were quite helpful and at least answered my calls.
This is really unprofessional and unacceptable I don't recommend them to anyone!

Sent some secondhand DVDS/books (bought in the UK years ago) from Japan to the UK for my parents to enjoy over the winter holidays.

Was advised by the EMS website and EMS staff to enter the price I originally paid for the items. I was charged an eye-watering 8,000 JPY to mail but was told the parcel would arrive with my parents before Dec 25th.

It is now Dec 28th and they still haven't arrived at the destination but I have found out that my parents will have to pay 41.28 GBP to get the parcel - VAT and customs duty.

VAT and customs duty on secondhand and almost worthless items that already cost 8,000 JPY to send?!?!?!

This could have been avoided if I had not had to put the original price that I paid more than 5 years ago. I have been advised by HMRC/Parcelforce and now finally EMS that I should not have put down the original price for almost worthless secondhand items.

I have called and sent emails to EMS and they do not reply. They just take your money and then ignore you.

Shameful!

A Facebook scammer with a profile name of Hedi Hirossek tried to scam me by using this "EMS Post" courier. Said they was too busy to come and collect it themselves 😂. With a quick Google search I came across this Trusted Pilot review for this "EMS Post" courier. Watch your back folks, there are scummy individuals out there, trying to break you.

Mein Paket scheint einfach spurlos. verschwunden zu sein. keine Zustellung und kein Eintrag im Tracking . Tracking unmöglich.
Jeden Tag muss ich zentral anrufen trotzdem keine Lösung.
Nie wieder .

E' UNA TRUFFA!! la signora chiede di anticipare le spese di assicurazione , che poi ti saranno riconsegnate dal corriere....
