Do not deal with this company they are very deceptive and charged me twice then somehow signed me up to a monthly subscription for $14.
The worst experience ever, I’m going to stipulate the facts in terms of what happened to me
1. The check out process is deceptive once the money was accepted it gave me a 70% discount offer on an add on product which I did not want so I looked for the option to decline only to find that there is none, the only option was to click on a link to opt out of the offer by choosing “NO” to the discount only then does it proceed to the end.
2. After that I did not receive an order confirmation at the end, only a message to say it was shipped.
3. I checked my bank account and they withdrew $109.50 which excludes the shipping fee and ANOTHER bill for $171.43 which includes shipping fee AND the monthly subscription fee AND 2x add on products which I didn’t want.
4. The cost for the infra red ankle straps was $39.45 usd but $79.00 NZ.
I am a senior citizen and this company took money from me that I couldn’t spare, all I wanted was the ankle wraps as I have very poor circulation, now I have such low confidence in ever receiving this product.
SO TO ALL Senior citizens stay clear of this company and always check customer reviews using TrustPilot.

be careful of this company - I bought 2 foot massagers and I know that is all i bought, when I got the bill I realised the 'mobility coach' was added - I am damn sure I didn't add it (as I have no desire or need a mobility coach') - they charged me $14.99 for a 'subscription' every month - and apparently there is no 'refund' on their subscriptions, even though I know I didn't order it - one of those companies - I call 'Theft' as it is equivalent to New Zealand $30 - and they have stolen it - Be aware -

This company has mixed attributes.
Very speedy email replies 85% of the time.
Very plausible advertising claims. However the product only warms very gently, massage is not evident, just a gentle buzzing noise.
Made in China.
Advertising is very misleading. I ordered two, with a promise of free freight.
They are listed as pairs, but priced singly. I ordered two, so received two pairs, and was charged freight. No opportunity to review the order before placing it. I immediately wrote, on realising I had ordered four. I was told they had already been shipped. No reaction to my comment that I was charged for free freight.
Over two months 95 emails were exchanged.
Four months later I have been charged $86.28 and $82.80, but have made no order. I have written asking for explanation and refund, but three days later I have yet to hear other than automatic platitudes, in spite of their claim of reply in 24, maximum 48 hours.
Do not deal with this company, they are manipulative and deeply fraudulent.

Be very aware of this company, they tell you that they refund fully , I till you send )150 for a set , then give you only $36 ,,,, beware if only save one person from going through what I gone through, it’s worth it .
