Another gate keeper who listens to your horror story thus triggering hellish emotions only to tell you they can't help - despite you giving them the facts about dates before talking away. I told them the date of the incident and that there is a 3 year window. She asked me to describe what happened anyway - wonderful. Then she started become another corporate halfwit - Our company has a policy bla bla bla.

What's the biggest irony - trying to find a non halt wit solicitor in the first place. It takes more than 3 years! I wonder if the NH$ sponsors this ... certainly looks like it.

They were able to handle the claim with sensitivity and provide a seamless handover due to maternity leave. Over the years, I felt that I was fully informed of progress and knew what to expect.
