Absolutely awful, ordered a ring without knowing that they were actually a China based company. The ring looks nothing like the picture and what they claim was an Opal is green glass. The metal isn’t the same colour and I think my children have had better costume jewellery. Do not order from them under any circumstances!

Do not use, ordered a jumper , when it arrived it was the incorrect size , a differant shade and very poor quality
They have refused to rectify satisfactorly the just keep offering discount of the next order

Absolutely rubbish garbage looks nothing like the pictures flimsy crap Material. They make it extremely hard for you to send back to China and only because I went through PayPal are they going to give me, I hope my refund, most disgusting company ever. If I’d known it was from China I would never have bought it. They are a scam and a rip-off. Don’t ever buy it from there.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible clothes, even worse customer service (if possible). Will not refund you. Waste your time with garbage "I understand your frustration" and proceed to do nothing about it. Never buy from this website.

Absolute rubbish. Image of the dress was clearly lifted from some other site. Arrived and was junk. Looked nothing like the advertised dress. Do not buy!!!

Do not buy from this website at all cost. The items sent do not look like the images they provide and the sizing is completely off. Terrible customer service as well.

It’s a dress, and it’s blue. That’s the only thing remotely similar to the photos & description. And the blue isn’t even the same as pictured. I really don’t understand all these 5 star reviews, this is the worst, most cheaply made dress I’ve ever bought. And I spent $66!!! If it cost me $15 I wouldn’t be complaining. And it was originally over $100?! HOW?! The material is see-through it’s so thin and cheap. Very cheap zip, almost broke trying to zip it up. The photos made me believe it was a thick luxurious material in a deep royal blue. It is not. It is absolutely horrid. Will be returning. Cheap, made in china, awful thing 😢 FALSE ADVERTISING.

If I could give zero ,I would. Ordered dress from actual website, not from Facebook ad. This company has nothing to do with anywhere in europe. Dresses come from china. This you find out from tracking after order placed. Delivery was over 3 weeks when it finally arrived. Well poor quality, terrible sizing and I the fit ??!!Unless your boobs are placed one by your ear and the other by your waist with one being an A cup and the other a D. This dress could never fit or sit properly. Just trying on and walking creates enough static to supply a substation. We contacted them and finally got a return address. Sent back costing £17.00 to Ningbo china on 20/08/24. Yep could have just took the £50.00 hit but in for a penny, and hate being ripped off.
As yet it's the 3/10/24. Tracking parcel it's been in China a few weeks, last update return to sender. Looks like it's on its way back. But who knows. Do yourself a favour and avoid .

The dress arrived late took over 3 weeks not the 6 days stated
It looked like a cheap rag stuffed in a poly bag
Terrible quality . They refused to give a prepaid label even though it was there fault it did not arrive on time for an event
I have written over 20 e mails and get the same rubbish answers
My fear is I won’t get my money back after reading the reviews on here

Encore-Paris.com as a business name is very misleading. I ordered two dresses that arrived yesterday, my having had to chase on numerous occasions. The goods were actually shipped from Shanghai.
I ordered the Paloma Maxi Dress in XS £39.95 and the Azaela Maxi Dress in XS £37.95. I was offered a 20% discount for purchasing two items, paying £62.32 for both items.
Whilst the Paloma dress is labelled as XS, It is, without a doubt, sized wrong, and is more like a size medium.
The Azaela dress wrongly arrived in size Small, which again is too big.
Both dresses are cut and shaped poorly and the fabrics are inferior.
Whilst the company did respond to my emails chasing the whereabouts of my goods, they were not specific on delivery and kept saying “there’s been a delay”.
Having read the refund policy, I note they do not refund for wrong sizing, which allows them to be less than accurate when sizing garments.
I don’t like giving bad reviews; however, this company is very misleading and one to be avoided.

I ordered two dresses from them back in July. I didn't get an email confirmation for my order but money was taken out. That was my 1st red flag. The dresses finally turned up after about 4 weeks. They had thinnest material. Awful cutting, bad stitching. Looks absolutely nothing like the dresses advertised. They have a no refund policy. So basically I have scammed out of my money. DO NOT BUY from them please 🙏 save your money or else you will regret like me. The worst dresses ever, they stole styles from house of CB and failed to dupe.

It’s very obvious a drop ship seller but I was happy to accept the risk since the company appears to be based in the UK and showed they accept AMEX.
Well when it comes to pay, AMEX is declined. Looks like a scam if credit cards aren’t accepted so I did not purchase.
