For the price of the t shirt, is too much that.
So, also if END, offer cool clothes, i don’t think that i bought again on line…

The delivery is not inefficient
The delivery is not inefficient. I have work to do and they keep telling me they will deliver but they don't.

We completely understand how inconvenient it is when deliveries don’t arrive as expected, especially when you’re juggling work and other commitments.
To help minimise situations like this, we provide full tracking details once an order has been dispatched.
This allows customers to follow their parcel’s progress in real time and make any necessary adjustments directly with the courier, such as updating delivery instructions or selecting alternative delivery options where available.
While delivery routes and timing are managed by FedEx, we appreciate how disruptive missed or delayed deliveries can be and understand why this would be frustrating.

I tried to contact you twice
I tried to contact you twice, no one was answering since five days! I want to send back the parcel. Don, t know how because of customer clearence. Is is,t also posible to send the parcel to the shop in italy? This is very hard for us.

I have also included more information below regarding our Returns Policy:
• Please write "RETURNED GOODS" on the outside of the package
• You have 30 days to return orders back to END. from the date the package is delivered, in order to receive a full refund back to your original payment method (minus delivery charges).
• We don’t currently cover the cost of returns for our International Customers. Therefore, you can use your local postal service or a courier to send the item back to us.
• For any exchanges or refunds to store credit you also have 30 days to return your order to END. from the date the package is delivered.
• We do not take shipping times either to or from you into account, as we understand they can vary between different countries.
• Your order will be refunded to the original method of payment or a new order will be created for an exchange.
• For any refunds we advise allowing 3-5 working days for this to appear in your account.
• For any order created for an exchange, you do not need to pay another shipping fee for an exchanged parcel, as this was covered on your original order.
If there is anything else we can help you with, or you have any further questions about our returns process, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

The service was good, the product received is what I wanted, but I would say the length of time to receive was a bit on the long side. I ordered a few other things the next day from others and I received them before yours. Also the amount of emails was a bit on the heavy side. I would still order again from END, but just telling you my feelings.
