First time visiting Leavenworth and it was as we expected. We only had 2 nights reserved which left one full day to enjoy the town. I would definitely return again to enjoy more of the sights and experiences.

I paid for a 3 night luxury Hotel in Sth Australia . Now 4 mths ago I never received the voucher . I’ve messaged, emailed mega times they just keep replying telling me to text help which nothing happens , or go to site and tap on profile . Nothing there all amounts to I’ve been scammed of my $299 .

Hotel is perfectly located short walk to the Waterfront ; endless eateries along the way.All staff pleasant and most helpful.Accommodations exceeded our expectations-well appointed rooms,very comfy beds and very clean.Nice touch having complementary coffee machine in the foyer.Excellent value for $$ spent.

I booked 3 nights stay at Niagara-on-th-lake, White Oaks Resort and Spa. Until we cheked into the room, I was thinking: "It is too good to be true!". Surprisingly, the rate was real - $199CAD for a room with two double beds and a kitchenette. We could use the pool, the hot tub, the sauna, and the steam room. State of art facility at an unbeatable price!

First things first, THERE IS NO LEGIT CORPORATION, this means no AGENT OF RECORD for you to sue. They pretend to be a legitimate company offer amazing deals and steal peoples money! TrustPilot has allow this to keep going on. Call any state they say they do bussiness in NO COMPANY RECORDS ! SCAM ALERT!

Staff were amazing! We got the best western by China town - staff were plentiful and extremely helpful about where to go for groceries to requests for room. Room was good great beds!

The mantra port Macquarie has a lovely heated pool sauna and spa that I had not experienced before. The city has lovely walks with seating and water bubblers regularly soacedy. The restaurant are interesting and provide quality and variety the mantra is walking distance to everything. The museum and observatory were fun

Fantastic location and QT hotel a high standard

My first experience with this company and it has been extremely disappointing. I reserved a hotel stay for 3 nights , paid upfront and received an email confirmation from the company. When I later called the hotel directly to confirm this reservation they said it had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. After numerous calls and emails back to this company they messaged that they had looked into it and was now reconfirmed. After a few days again I called the hotel directly to confirm and was told it
had been cancelled for a second time. I received NO notice of any of these cancellations .If I had shown up at the hotel without confirming the reservation myself there would be no room. I asked for a refund directly from the company and was told they could not do it. I have now disputed this with my credit card company. This business has been untrustworthy and I would say beware!

The place, MANTRA, was easy to find...once we got to the reception, the concierge after asking for our names, he already had the paperwork and door keys ready...no hassles, gave us directions to car park and how to get to our level ...easy access to the room, close to the lift and the steps, had a good view of the water, very pleasant to look at..

The accomodation was amazing. Great location and fully self contained. Suited our needs perfectly.

8Had everything we needed in our room, comfy king bed, eco friendly toiletries in bathroom to daily room cleaning service who were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Had small balcony that had a lounge &a high table with 2 chairs so we could look out and watch the waves rolling in as we were right across the road from the beach. So relaxing.Loved it. Great place to stay, totally recommended Mantra Observatory Port Macquarie and Endless Luxury❤️ BIG THANKYOU🌺 😊

Accommodation was beautiful, a little old but the views and view from pool were just incredible so that made up for age, unit was tidy and everything in kitchen for self catering, king bed in bedroom was so comfortable its actually best sleep ive had for while, easy walk into town, nice relaxing break, only issue was parking one night there was no spots available at the accommodation so had to park quite a distance away to get back to unit. Need to designate a car park to a unit no.

Diana has been so very PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING for a techno geek like myself and, finally, I am able to book a WHOLE week's holiday (only paying for cleaning fees) EVEN though this whole episode has been 'mostly' MY mistake all along. THANK YOU.

The location was perfect, room was very clean and tidy, perfect waterfront view from our room as well as being able to see the town centre from the same window. Lift was invaluable to the 3rd floor.
The indoor spas were very much welcomed as well as the outdoor pool.
The owners were so friendly and helpful.
Parking was well appointed as well as two free charging stations for guests with EV vehicles.
A lovey outdoor picnic area with BBQ facilities and undercover dining area.
Free inhouse WiFi, TV including Netflix.
A Council built playground next door for children to play.
Walking distance to restaurants, hotels, cafes, cinema etc with waterfront reserve in front of the building where anyone could wet a line to fish if they desired.
A jetboat ride was also within 20 metres of the motel.
What more could you want.
