Very fast delivery well packaged I bought as a present and she absolutely loves it

I went to your store in the Trafford Centre which is beautiful. I was a special gift for a big birthday.
I have purchased from you a number of times now.
Kanchen was amazing and gave me such good advice. Nothing was too much trouble for her. That is very rare these days in retail.

There are deffects and scuffs on my purchase which have been coloured with a permanent marker to cover the areas I would have expected perfection for the price that has been paid £70 for one rose!!

Ordered on a Wednesday night, paid the extortionate £15 for 1-2 day delivery. Arrived on Saturday. Item is ok, very small. Just a rip off delivery charge.

the product is beautiful but I paid £20 delivery for next day amd I didn't receive it on time nor did I receive a refund for the delivery payment. I can not fault the product though my wife loves it.

There’s a defect on product and they won’t refund . I wouldn’t recommend them .it’s not very good or value for money

The delivery experience was terrible, we had paid a premium to have the flower delivered the next working day! This was a gift for a special occasion and was delivered four days later, which makes no sense. The service left me feeling disillusioned and disheartened.

Using the web app was straightforward, and the support team provided a swift answer when I wrote to them.

Horrible company to work for with cheap flowers, wouldn’t support them at all. Endura roses is a company ran by an incredibly unprofessional management team. They treated staff unfairly and blamed us for not doing a good enough job when payment targets weren’t hit describing it as disturbing behaviour. We had to work on our own for 6+ hours with no toilet breaks (even when i had a uti i wasn’t allowed to go to the bathroom), and were told we couldn’t speak to eachother when there were two of us in the shop. They expected us to act like robots cleaning glass products all day in silence for minimum pay. Reduced my hours from 4 shifts a week to none which felt like punishment for me staying i felt unsure in the job due to management but that i wasn’t going to quit - i was basically forced into quitting after being given no shifts due to the 0 hour contract. They also don’t put the rota out until the day before the work week starts which is extremely inconvenient to those such as myself with frequent doctors and therapy appointments. The shop is also not accessible for disabled people as no wheelchair access to the trafford centre shop which people have complained about before.
