Bravo to Chris Todhunter who worked so hard to fit new smart meters today. Expertly carried out to a high standard in not the easiest of spaces. This was after we tried for a year being told by others it was not possible. We are absolutely delighted with his service, thank you Chris.

Haider Hussain did an amazing installation of our Octopus gas and electric meter. He was polite, professional and made sure we understood everything…. Very important for older customers. Engineer advised in good time he had to attend an emergency, giving me plenty of time to do other things prior to his arrival. He was friendly, keeping me informed of what he was doing and why throughout the process. He was extremely thorough and made sure everything worked before he left ensuring I fully understood how to use the new smart mini.

Engineer arrived bang on time and was friendly, polite and efficient. Smart meters installed and was given plenty of instructions on what they would do and how to monitor my usage etc. also helpful info given on how to be more energy efficient and eco friendly which was helpful. Overall I was impressed with the service and with the engineer, happy to recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thanks so much

Sammy Davis visited our house for upgrading the meter, he is very progessional and everything was completed in 20 minutes.

The technician Haidee Hussain was brilliant. He called me to let me know he was 5 minutes away, found my flat with no problem and was so fast an efficient in locating and establishing what he needed to to to replace my meter in what is a tricky setup in the communal stairwell of my block of flats. The working conditions were horrible as it was during the hottest time of day in the heatwave and it was sweltering where he had to work. But he completed the work in about 30 minutes and had our electricity back on as soon as possible. He was very friendly and cheery and a very pleasant guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
