Great Service and Advice
Mo from Energy Educators gave great customer service and answered any questions I had and was upfront with all the options explaining them in detail. Mo arranged the site visit by a qualified contractor for our ducted system very promptly after his initial visit.
We initially were going to install a Panasonic system but just before the install, Mo advised us that there would be a delay with the Panasonic, he then suggested a Mitsubishi alternative, without any delay to our install date, and we couldn't be happier with this system with no hidden surprises. Certainly recommend Energy Educators if you are considering a heating and cooling system upgrade.

Great service
Great customer service from the get go. The sales rep Mo was very professional and gave you all different options depending on your needs. There was no high pressure sales tactics. The install guys were good too. Great work and good and friendly service

My original experience was excellent in…
My original experience was excellent in that they listened and gave me what I was after as a VEU heating upgrade. They also gave me alternatives to consider but I was able to get the exact hardware at a decent price. Installation then went well - installers on time on budget and without a long wait time. I was that happy that I got a second house totally off gas heating and hot water and installation using the exact same installers with the same result.
