Placed and paid for a $13K+ order. Delivery date passed. Tried to check on order. No responses to emails. Nobody answering phones. Via email I threatened to file a dispute with my CC company and then received a note stating my order was unilaterally cancelled and my money is being held by their nerchant provider. Then when I filed the CC dispute Energy Systems bald face lied and stated I cancelled my order. This is all documented in writing. Now I have to invest the time and energy into getting my money refunded. I believe this facility is a scam! AVOID!!!

​I am currently in the market for an Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) system and have been researching this specific product. While I initially received a few written responses, communication has stalled entirely.

​I am a serious, ready-to-buy customer with specific technical questions that must be addressed before I can finalize my decision. Over the past month, I have left approximately three voicemails—two of which were in the last week—requesting a callback to speak with a sales representative. To date, those requests have gone completely unanswered.

​This lack of direct communication has made it impossible for me to feel secure in a purchase. When investing in a new technology like an AWG system, professional support is paramount. Because the company has failed to provide basic pre-sales service, I have no confidence that they would be responsive or capable of providing the necessary support should an issue arise or if the unit requires maintenance post-purchase.
​Given their current market position, I expected a higher standard of representation. If an alternative vendor offered a comparable product, I would certainly prioritize them. As it stands, I cannot recommend this company due to their inaccessible support team.

Very responsive folk, explained which system would be most suitable for me so I decided on the Altitude T12 atmospheric water generator. Received helpful support as it’s a big decision investing in this for me.

I purchased an inverter from these guys, one of the only companies to call me back which I appreciate. Received a prompt response and Kas was very helpful with my many questions.
