My advisor Daniel was very helpful and kind. He was patient in dealing with query and made me feel at ease and he explored all the options available and even got an answer for my question straight away rather than make me wait for a letter in the post. Excellent customer service with a real empathetic attitude.

You have amazing customer services
I would like to thank you for your Agent Mrs EDITH , she was really helpful to me and understanding my situation and illness . As I suffer. With high depression through the long conversation, I don’t feel bad at all and if you can kindly make an arrangement any time I call you I speak to her generally I’m really thankful from the Engage Credit they understand my situation very well and thank you for your patience.
