I ordered a bottle cognac on 12/2/21 for a birthday on the 27th, they said 6/7 days delivery, they took the money straight away. We waited and waited, I phoned a few times, straight to answer machine emailed a few times, nothing. I went to the website to get the phone number again and saw at the top of the page a message saying delivery would start again on 28th February due to covid. When I finally got through on 3/3/21 they said they had sent an email telling of the delay, strangely I never received it.
It has now arrived and I’m told it’s very nice, but customer service was appalling.

Ordered fine, didn’t receive a confirmation email though but contacted the support and got a very quick response advising they had my order and I would receive it on the Tuesday.

Order was delivered the day advised, but when it arrived the box was damaged there was multiple scratches on the bottle and also a big gold smudge on the back of the bottle the size of a finger print. I took pictures and emailed over to the team as this intended as a gift and it is in no condition to be gifted. Was expecting a quick response considering my last correspondence with them.

Unfortunately didn’t receive any communication back despite sending numerous emails, then today randomly received a replacement box in the post without any correspondence explaining this was going to happen? Yet the biggest issues of the gold smudge/ scratching has not been addressed or rectified, and still no correspondence back. I can not give this as a gift in this condition, it looks sloppy and battered. Considering the price I paid I expected more care to be taken.

Would not recommend, feel like once they have your business they are not willing to listen and deal with critics. The gold mark is obviously a mark that’s been left after they have engraved the order so is a mistake on there part.

Now I have a £150 bottle of tequila that I can not gift and will go to waste.

An order I put in never arrived. So I emailed the company and had a reply from Hazel. She chased up where the order was and when they couldn’t find it she put the order through again and shipped the same day. I received it the day after.
I received the best customer service from Hazel. Thank you.

After reading some deep dark reviews on this web site I was a bit dubious on ordering from them, but I do put my trust in alot of people it's just my nature anyway after ordering my Engraved boote of rum I emailed them the next day to check if everything was going ok, well I received 3 emails back the last one saying has been collected and was given a tracking number for DHL PARCELS so I can honestly say that this company is a 100% first class. My only grip is that when DHL PARCELS collected it they told me the time they did and then half hour later say parcel delayed being abit worried I email DHL PARCELS and received and email back saying will be delivered the next day and it was. The Engraved bottle is lovely and I hope whoever has any doubts about this company Engraved Drinks should have no worries. 5 stars all the way for me.

please do not buy from this company total let down. placed an order and i email them to ask why they don't show the gift boxes so you can choose. well got reply to say order been cancelled . well very dissapointing and disgusting service. no one asked order to be cancelled. now i have to wait hod knows how long for refund to order from somewhere else. please please don't by off this website i can't see how they have had positive reviews . You will be let down if you ask them a question they cancel order out off spite.

Hazel was extremely helpful. She managed to send my order to Ireland in a short amount of time. The engraving is beautifully done also.

After submitting more than ten emails regarding purchase/engraving/delivery of ONE simple bottle of Gin for a corporate client, I got no to little response...very frustrating. Will not be using them again for any purpose. VERY DIFFICULT to communicate as emails go unanswered for days!

After being let down by another company, I ordered a next day deliver from EngraveDrinks. The customer service was excellent and I had my delivery the very next day before 12 noon.
Engraving was beautifully done.
I will be ordering from them again in the future.

I purchased a personalised bottle of Belvedere for my partner for Father’s Day ordered on the Friday paying next day delivery. No delivery I contacted them only to be told it would be sent the next day. No delivery I contacted again an they claim the post code was given wrong, said next day delivery again didn’t arrived until 10 days after the purchase date. They refused a refund on the extortion of £7 next day delivery cost. Avoid at all costs!!
