The designer was very patient & answered all my questions. It was nice to preview the design to make certain it looked right.

Purchased an engraved champagne bottle for a friend for her engagement! It was a huge hit and such a special gift! I chose to expedite my order and it came so quickly! The proof came within hours and the bottle itself was delivered within days. So happy with how everything came out and customer service was great!

The company response time was great. They sent an email within minutes of receiving the order, I approved the design, and the order was on its way. The finished product was great as well. Absolutely beautiful. They did such a great job engraving a bottle of Dom. I was a bit worried given how expensive a gift it was but they did wonderful.

the engraving was great and looked exactly like what I requested, similar to 2 years ago.
Only issue was with bottle itself which had some marks/scratches that is clearly visible to naked eyes which was embarrassing when the gift was presented; and receiver pointing them out (twice!)

They emailed me throughout the whole process and even made suggestions that improved the look of my request. Not an up-sale! The recommendations didn’t cost anything more. The final product was beyond my expectations. Worth every penny for exactly what I wanted. It was packaged so carefully for shipping from N.J to Texas. Highly recommend!

Although you have to pay extra for a preview of your item engrave, my wine, got back to us in less than 24 hours with the preview. It also was expeditiously shipped and arrived in less than a week from when the order was placed.

I order a customized bottle each year for Christmas. The bottles are beautifully engraved and customer service is great with questions and edits!
