Sales - Umarah was the Sales Exec that took my initial call and arranged a viewing of the Audi A3. When I arrived at the Huddersfield Showroom Umarah came across as trustworthy and worked with me on my part exchange price and the admin fee to increase my purchase satisfaction. A few days later when I returned to collect the car, she also filled in the online V5 log book for me and completed the online road tax application leaving me just to pop my payment card details in. She was not pushy, didn’t try to force finance on me for a bonus like most dealers do, and she only offered to sell me the usual extras such as car and upholstery paint protection products once.

Aftersales - When I viewed the car I was informed that it had two keys, but when I arrived to collect it one of them was lost. Umarah immediately advised that I could buy a key from Audi direct and have it coded and she would ensure that their Finance Team refunded me swiftly, which they did. Any further aftersales enquiries I’ve made have been dealt with professionally, swiftly, and to my full satisfaction by Prasan and his detailer/tech, who are also friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely aiming to satisfy the buyer.

I’ll definitely be calling Enkae Motors before any other dealer the next time I change my car, and following this experience, I may even call them a month or two in advance and ask them to source one for me.

I have been waiting months to write this review, and now that my nightmare is finally over, I can share my experience. On 28th October 2024, I purchased what I thought was my dream car – an Audi RS6 (reg: PE17 VWG). Unfortunately, that dream quickly turned into a costly, stressful, and dangerous ordeal.

Within hours of collecting the car, the low tyre pressure warning came on. I later discovered an unsatisfactory tyre repair. Enkae refunded me £150, but that was only the start of my problems.

Two weeks later, I noticed an intermittent ticking noise from the offside rear. It took until end of January before Audi could inspect the car. They discovered shocking news: the differential replacement (which Enkae had claimed cost £15k) had been done with shocking negligence. The stretch bolts were reused instead of replaced, causing them to come loose and force a plate into the fuel tank. Audi warned me that this could have turned the car into a fireball, putting my life and my family’s lives at risk. The repair was quoted at £6,500+.

When I called Enkae, Irfan’s response was dismissive: “Oh well, that’s motoring for you.” No courtesy car was offered. No help was given. I was left with an undrivable, dangerous car for weeks.

While waiting, I also discovered that the service history was fake and the panoramic sunroof leaked. During those eight weeks, I had no choice but to buy a cheap runaround while still paying for the RS6.

The car was finally returned to me on 5th May—only to break down again on 7th May, leaving me stranded for 10 hours at a service station and forced to pay for recovery myself. Once again, Enkae offered no help.

The only saving grace throughout this ordeal was Car Money, who fought tirelessly on my behalf when Enkae refused to take any responsibility. Thanks to car money I finally had my deposit refunded and finance cancelled. Had I paid cash, I would have been completely ruined.

This entire experience has caused me stress, sleepless nights, financial strain, and constant anxiety. The sheer lack of responsibility, care, and basic customer service from Enkae is beyond belief. They were quick to take my money but disappeared the moment problems arose.

My advice is simple: DO NOT buy from Enkae. The glowing reviews do not reflect the reality I experienced. If something goes wrong, you will be left completely on your own.

What a lovely branch bought two car from here now, and would always recomend, always a pleasure dealing with them and umara is a gem, making sure im happy with the deal and satisfied with the car, iv own a ramger rover sport and a m340i for here and they have been amazing not one fault with them and was both preped and handed over in a clean conditon.

For the last 10 years I have always bought my performance cars directly from the dealers (RS and M cars) - either brand new or almost new. The car I was after this time was an RS3 but the spec had to be spot on in terms of Vorsprung, in exclusive Nardo paint and preferably with the RS Dynamic pack (which includes the exclusive Ceramic brakes) and an example that was as good as new with no more that a few K on the clock. An Autotrader search came up with one 1 listing at Enkae and after a few “tyre kicking” enquiries with Umarah, I was hearing all the right answers and responses to my Q’s. Being honest I was a bit apprehensive at first but after some research, a further week of back and forth enquiries with Umarah - who was absolutely flawless with her customer service, knowledge and understanding of my position - I finalised a deal in principle from some 250 miles away and a few days later arrived in person. I was introduced to the mgnt team, given a quick tour and then introduced to my car - which was fully prepared and detailed to a very special standard, which followed my inspection and test drive. The experience was flawless, courteous and most importantly professional. I completed the paperwork and was given a full handover pack. Being an enthusiast who equally looks after his cars, I was impressed by the small comments like, let’s let her warm up and the oils to reach 70 degrees before we test drive - always a good sign in my view. 48hrs of ownership and I’m still smiling which is the main reason for penning such a lengthy review as for anyone like me who might be a bit hesitant with specialist or performance dealers - don’t hesitate with Enkae, and try the experience - as I learnt they are a longstanding family business and build their success on reputation and if like me you look after your cars, then chances are you will likely trade back with them for a better price on your next purchase. Very impressed 👏👏👏

I worked at Enkae Prestige for nearly 7 months and remained committed to my role up until the very end of my notice period. Before leaving, I had a meeting with Kam, where he clearly stated TWICE that I would be paid for any deals I completed during my notice period. Based on that assurance, I continued to carry out my duties professionally and in good faith.

Despite this, I was never paid for my final month of work, which included deals I rightfully earned commission on. This happened during Ramadan, a time that hold personal significance and comes with its own physical and emotional challenges. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue, but my messages were ignored and the company failed to honour its commitments.

It's extremely disheartening to be treated this way after showing loyalty and professionalism. No employee should be left unpaid, especially after verbal assurances from management and a completed notice period.

I hope this review brings attention to how the company handles its responsibilities to staff. I would advise others to be cautious and get any promises made in writing.

Absolute cowboys. Cheap body kits. Unprofessional. Car got returned by the finance company as the BMW M240i I bought was faulty due to Enkae. Stay clear.

Can’t say how grateful I am for the service I have received. It was my first time buying a car and Umarah made the process so seem less. Explained both options for finance and found me a great deal without hassle. Explained all details from insurance to MOT and more. Honestly made very easy to follow. Also kept me very well updated. Would recommend Umarah and Enkae very highly.

I bought a car 2 months ago all was ok as I thought but I could’ve died with the shape on the tyres I’ve done 1,300 miles since bought (although Enkae states I done 2,000) I felt shaking so took my car to kwikfit and they stated they were the worst tyres they’ve ever seen, if I could post photos I would please be vigilant check everything over before you sign anything I made a big mistake. I’ve also had a fine from the dvla for tax as they have yet to put my car I part exchanged on trade so it’s still registered in my name.

I purchased a VW Transporter T32 from Enkae in 2023. When I drove the van home the suspension was creaking and knocking. It wasn’t covered under VW warranty as it was a modification to the vehicle. When I approached Enkae about the issue, Cam (I was told he was a manager and later that same day found out he was director of the company) told me to take the van to an air suspension specialist in Leeds, which I did. Then Cam refused to pay the bill for the repair.

I repaired other issues I.e. the speaker falling out of the dashboard, resprayed front bumper after Enkae sprayed over PPF film and made a shoddy mess of it. Had calipers resprayed due to again, bad workmanship from Enkae on this.
I then made a complaint to the finance company about the state of the vehicle and they carried out an investigation and found Enkae to be in breach of contract and paid me the claim for undertaken repairs.

Untrustworthy and unreliable company. Stay clear of them.
