I spoke to Umurah on Friday about a Honda Civic and went down to view on the Sunday to buy the car and it was ready and exactly as described and I was able to drive off that same day.
It had full service history etc and all the checks done.
Umurah was good at communicating throughout and answered all the questions I had.
Very happy with the car it was a nice drive back from Huddersfield to Liverpool.

Absolutely disgraceful sevice. 1st they "claimed" their computers would not pick up the fault on the dashboard of our car and so we paid a lump sum ontop of the money for the new car as they couldnt tell how much this would cost to fix (i do not believe they could not determine a CU fault with two pieces of their own testing equipment they have....bull) just wanted more money.

2nd they held on to the finance on the old car meaning we paid a payment on our old one aswell as our new one then claimed that was a error ...again bull.

3rd they took £250 depoist for the V5 as we had to wait for it as we had a private plate. We sent the v5, they signed to say they recieved it, they did not contact us at all, we chased it up 4 times with no response at all and they only rang us when we threatened them with the Ombudsman. They are now trying to get out of sending us our £250 back claiming something else cropped up that they intend to keep the money for. Now keep in mind this £250 was allocated for a V5 and not anything else and they failed to contact us so does this mean they were never going to tell us they were keeping it????? Scammers!!! We are taking this matter further legally and i can only strongly advise you to avoid Enkae! Plus our new car from them has been wrapped very poorly and we need to fork out money to repair this aswell plus engine warning lights have appeared on our new car.

Disgraceful service!

Came to look at and pick up my gorgeous Isle of Man green M3 competition and left with the biggest smile on my face. The folks at Enkae have been so supportive and knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish and beyond. Umarah dealt with me and was the sweetest person, she was very kind and helpful and answered all my messages regardless of what time of night it was and gave me the reassurance I needed when making such a big upgrade from my A1. Big up Irfan who made me laugh and feel comfortable in the process and sharing his knowledge with me. He almost sacrificed his life on the test drive, so if that's not customer service then I don't know what is.

Great customer service from Enkae motors. Picked up my Range Rover velar in beautiful condition. Everything from viewing the car to driving it out of the garage was extremely organised. Irfan from Enkae motors was really helpful and was gave really useful and productive advice.
