We experienced a technical issue and when we reported it, no solution was provided. On top of that, we haven’t received any response to our emails or other communication channels for weeks.

The situation does not look promising. We have been affected by this and I’m not sure if we will receive our payment.

If there is a positive development, I will update this review, but for now it unfortunately gives the impression of being a scam.

I am a member of the Survey Cash website. Recently, the Online platform applied severe deductions to all users, claiming that we were using a proxy. This allegation is not true, as we are genuine Egyptian users and each of us has only one account on the platform. As a result, the platform refused to pay us, which is an unfair and unacceptable practice.

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that the rights of users be protected against such fraudulent actions.

We actually dealt with the platform and in the end it did not pay us and made discounts for all users of the platform after claiming that we use a proxy, but we are Egyptian users and each of us has one account on the platform.
