Fabian could speak well, and it was a plesure to speak with someone that I could understand. he was also very knowledgable of the policies, and the poducts avaliable to me. He also listened to my issues.

She took her time and explained everything thoroughly. She spent 2 hours and 40 minutes on the phone with me. The only thing I had a problem with was that she talked a little bit too fast. Other than that she was great!
