Heather was very patient and sympathetic as well as empathetic to me and my situation. She gave very good suggestions. And made sure to ask if I understood her reasoning for the suggestion. She got a little emotional at the end but so did I. But she got all the disclaimers in. After the first hour. I was struggling to care just send the paperwork. That would be my only complaint. But I understand 😊
