Last few orders have been challenged…

Last few orders have been challenged for repetitive follow ups on order accuracy prior to proof finalization. Live discussion occur to correct but then during proof process things change that were previously approved.

I didn't receive shirts in my…

I didn't receive shirts in my "completed order" and I wasn't notified about it. So when I got a notification about my order being ready I let other team members know we were ready to go. When we opened the box there were shirts missing. I tried to ring and find out what was going on with the "completed order" I was told someone in sales would call and that didn't happen. I had to follow up several times before I got an answer and then once things were organized I wasn't notified when the re-prints were done. Sad to try and support a local business and get such poor service.

Be careful when doing multiple sizes, they will default to the smallest graphic for everything. That means your XXL top has the same smaller graphic as your XXS.

UPDATE: Jenn and the team moved mountains and had my order ready. Also, a discount was offered due to the mix up. This company takes responsibility and fixes hiccups. The generous discount is going towards my new Spring order.

The stitching quality is great, but some issue with QC.

The stitching quality is great. Second time I’ve made an order through Entripy, because I like the custom order platform. Both orders had an issue, first was threads on some hoodies were pulling out at seems when we got the order, this order the hats didn’t come with the agreed on layout for text. One hat had all the text, other 5 hats had issues with missing embroidery text. This order felt like it took a while for a small test order.

Great service in 200 shirt order

Ordered 200 shirts for a sports association. Product was exactly as ordered, processed quickly and at a reasonable price. And a Canadian company!!!!!

School basketball/volleyball jerseys…

We got basketball/volleyball jerseys for our school. The ordering platform was not super user-friendly, but the value was excellent and the quality is decent. Our order took a bit longer than expected, but we left a long lead time so it arrived in time for our sports season. In general, we are happy with how they look and feel, BUT the sizing was unexpectedly large. I should have done more research, but I assumed from kids clothing sizes that a Youth M would correspond roughly to a 10-12 kids size. We are a middle school of 11- to 14-year-olds, so we ordered a mix of YM, YL, YXL, and some adult sizes. The Youth M fit our largest Grade 8s perfectly, and everything else fits like a dress. There are no jerseys that would comfortably fit the smaller Grade 6s. If you are buying jerseys, size them down at least 2 sizes.

Quick and easy.
I have used Entripy for several years for a small run tee shirt order on a yearly basis. Really easy to design, sign off on and then pick up. Quality product time and time again.

Entripy advertised a 5 day turnaround. It's now been a month and not delivered. Customer service has been responsive but seemingly incapable of helping or giving a direct or honest answer.
