Zayd and the team went up and beyond helping us navigate our business phone system on renewal with them, including the mobile app for being out of the office. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were on hand to answer any questions I had about the paperwork. It is so nice to work with a company that provides the personal touch and knows you as a person. They are after dealing with many communication companies the only one I would recommend.

Acted really fast and provided support to my business whilst we had issues with previous provider. So far, done what they said they would, at a super fast speed and with great comms. The first telecoms company I’ve been pleased with.

Envera provided telecoms/broadband and support for my small business and they were fantastic. Not the cheapest - they couldn't compete on price with the likes of Vodafone. But for a slightly higher price I was more than rewarded with exceptional customer service. Zayd was the person who provided support from Envera and he seemed to be on a mission to make sure that I received the best customer service in the world. I gladly paid a tiny bit more for such fantastic service. I highly recommend Envera.
