Awful company to deal with. Avoid at all cost. Sent a fully working Google Pixel 7a with a cracked screen and was offered £15!! Their website acknowledged buying cracked mobiles but at £60 which is still a low price. No matter how desperate you are do not sell to these leeches preying on your desperation

I've bought of this shower never again just letting people know think before you waste your hard earned cash on the phone they sell

I agreed to sell my old but perfect Samsung S7 For £55 to Envirofone and sent it to them. 5 days later I received an email saying my phone had major damage and their offer was now £13.50.
The damage was supposed "burnt in screen icons" UTTER RUBBISH!! the icons they referred to are the standard default icons for battery level and Signal strength which are in the top right corner of every phone I've ever owned.
A complete rip off attempt to cheat me out of the phones actual worth. Stay clear of these charlatans

I have used Envirofone before and was very happy with their service, hence why I went straight to used them again. Only to be extremely disappointed with them and very angry.
I sold them my old IPhone 5s 16GB for an agreed price of £90. I sent them the device off on the Friday. Come the Monday first thing I had an email asking me to hurry up is sending them device. Immediately I was worried that it hadn't been received. Waiting for an aknowledgement that they'd received it. Wednesday came, still nothing so I emailed and they confirmed they had received it. I checked the tracking and they received it at 07:11 on the Monday morning!! I then had to wait till Friday and again I had to chase them for news on the device which then came back that they'd knocked the price down to £22.50. With MAJOR DEVICE DAMAGE: screen is coming away from the main body of the device ??? I was fuming. This phone was immaculate! So I called them and asked them to check the serial number of the phone, giving them the benefit of doubt that it could of accidental been swapped on inspection. Over the phone I was assured that this was not possible. I was also told that they no longer acknowledge receipt of devices. Terrible choice to remove this simple procedure from your protocol!!!
I asked for the phone to be returned, which they did BUT it took over a week to get to me.
However since this I have sent the phone to another recycling company which have confirmed that the phone is in great working order and have given me £91.00 for it.
DO NOT USED ENVIROFONE!! They are falsifying problems with devices in hope that people won't be bothered to ask for them back and think something is better that nothing for it and lining their own pockets with handsets which ARE WORTH more!!!

I sold my iphone 5s to them and they made me an offer of £140, I had been using the phone right up until i packaged it up to send them. the phone was in perfect working order, no scratches or marks on it. I payed extra £8 at the post office for delivery as i didn't want the phone getting lost in the post. I checked online the next day to see if they'd received my phone and they had and there was a message on my account saying it had tested faulty, they changed their offer to £21. i wasn't happy as the phone was working fine. i rejected the offer and told them to send my phone back, as yet I have not received it back and its been nearly a week. They received it the next morning when i sent it to them. Not happy with this service at all

The company envirofone is a complete joke! They can't send an envelope to me within the specified time or 2-3 days, I had no communication as they replied to none of my emails, the live chat was no help at all as was being ignored and the questions I was asking weren't being answered (thankyou Sandra M... for nothing at all.)
Cancelled my deal as I was not going to wait any longer.

duurt allemaal erg lang dan zou mijn beeldscherm defect zijn terwijl dit niet zo is.
verder had ik mijn telefoon opgestuurd in een telefoon hoesje en ik vroeg om telefoon terug sturen dus verwachte ik mijn telefoon en hoesje terug. ik kreeg alleen mijn telefoon terug. niet dat die hoesjes nou veel kosten maar dat is gewoon een principe kwestie dat ik deze ook terug zou krijgen.

dit was de eerste en laatste keer voor mij

telefoon scherm was gewoon heel en werkend toen ik de telefoon thuis weer ontving.
