It's never pleasant when you spot an unwanted visitor (Rat) in your property and need an expert ASAP to help with the problem. That's when Leo came in very very handy. Managed to get an appointment as soon as he could, was very professional, explained what he was going to do to address the problem (even caught one on the first visit), next steps. Thankfully my case seemed to be a one off and not an infestation and haven't seen or heard any since. Was really good to have that reassurance from him. Definitely recommended.

I contacted Leo when I became responsible for a very run-down property a couple of years ago. He was brilliant at establishing the causes of vermin issues in the loft and kitchen, dealing with them and putting in place preventative measures. I asked him to call again this morning and, after a thorough inspection, he was fortunately able to allay my fears of further trouble. Leo is unfailingly polite, agreeable, unruffled and conscientious; what’s more, his charges are very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend Leo more highly.

Leo treated 3 wasps nests in week and even came out at very short notice in between jobs to treat one in our kitchen. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Leo was quick to respond, polite friendly and very punctual. Wasp nest dealt with efficiently. Would highly recommend.

I called Leo out as soon as I saw the rats on the patio, knowing from previous experience that he would be quick and efficient. He came promptly and dealt with the problem efficiently, reassuringly and effectively. Couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend.

We've had a couple of pest issues in recent weeks beyond the usual rats and mice and Leo used his expert knowledge to analyse and resolve the issues immediately. Couldn't ask for better service in what is a pretty unpleasant situation to deal with. I'd have no problem recommending Leo to resolve any pest issues you have

Leo come out very quickly and promptly to help with birds nesting under my solar panels he carried out a very further inspection and did a brilliant job and was very polite and knowledge about his work

From start to finish, Leo was very professional, efficient and respectful - wearing a mask and taking off his shoes when entering the house. He explained everything he was going to do and confirmed the number of visits needs and the cost. He emailed reports following following each visit which were clear and concise. A very personable young man who provided an excellent service and I would not hesitate to contact him again should I need his help. I would highly recommend Leo and Envirowell for all your pest control needs.
