Please be aware of this company. I lost over £1000 ENVOLE or the company calls itself Elite Training club . I was a victim through a model management agency who clearly didn’t vet them. The Ad doesn’t mention anything about purchasing to walk in a Runway at London Fashion Show . What’s app call to sell merchandise with ENVOLE printed on it costing over £6O0 then they promise photographers film reels and I cancelled 20 mins after placing my order no refund was accepted I lost £1010.99 . I thought I would be protected my PayPal not the case please be careful !! I’m requesting anyone who has also been a victim to please contact me I wish to appeal my case . Thanks

had a terrible experience with Envole. I ordered an activewear outfit for over £550 paid through Clearpay. It was standard sizing — no personal measurements were taken. The items didn’t fit at all. I returned them multiple times over several weeks, but they refused to issue a refund. They falsely claimed the outfit was ‘made to measure’ and instead offered a photo session. They ignored my formal complaint sent on 17 June 2026. I’ve now had to go through Clearpay’s complaints process and am preparing court action to recover my money. Very poor customer service. Avoid.”
