I went into the Horsham shop and was served by Esme. She was so helpful and patient and helped me to choose 2 pairs of shoes that I am very pleased with. She is an asset to the store.

Fast and attentive

I needed a replacement component and I was able to find help to identify the correct component, and have it shipped with some unique requirements on delivery date (shipment needed to be delayed by a week). They were able to accommodate the request, and the part arrived exactly on schedule.

I had one minor question about installation which they again answered quickly.

The new part works flawlessly. After many years of use and one minor repair, I am still very happy with my EEZ BB3! I guess the coolest part is that I *could* repair it myself. My other test equipment, as it starts to go bad it just...degrades until it is sad and unusable. This is the one piece of equipment that somehow over time just gets better.

I had an issue when building the BB3 power supply that ended up being my own fault. However, they very quickly helped me track it down and the power supply now seems to work great! I'm very happy with it!

Recently Envox had an offer on some modules for their impressive BB3 Bench Box, I ordered a couple and was given, as usual, first class service and support from the company. A query with the automated discount at checkout was resolved by Prasimix within minutes, nothing ever seems too mcuh trouble for these guys, cannot fault the products or the superb support and backup, thank you.

Completely painless buying process with open communication every step of the way. As for the power supply: build quality far exceeds expectations not to mention functionality and ease of use which are both excellent. My one gripe is purely based on my personal preference and it is that the front panel rotary encoder does not have the tactility that I am used to so I will probably end up replacing it.

Verry happy with the new I/O module. Hardware is nice and accurate and give great possibilities. It's a joy to use.

Excellent open source hardware, fast shipping fully recommended

My recent experience with setting up an EEZ Bench Box 3 has been a pleasant one. I joined Envox's Discord community to address some concerns with the hardware which were due to Mouser shipping an earlier production run and was quickly offered an explanation and helpful suggestions. The kit itself is very well designed and easy to assemble. So far I have been particularly impressed by the fast and functional on-screen user interface which makes it a joy to operate. Looking forward to exploring all the various features and using the BB3 for many projects to come as well as future Envox designs and products.

The BB3 is one of the best pieces of equipment in my workshop. It is so much more than just a power supply, since i have it, i can hardly imagine being without it.
After some initial small problems (first batch of the production), their support crew was very helpful and fast, we solved everything via emails.

Great open source design hardware for testing electronics, but not limited to. The projects are constantly being improved and updated. Even without purchasing the new modules the currently owned device is getting better and better through firmware updates. Support is very "down to earth" and prompt in problem solving if there are any.
