Regarding your point about the “sensations when smelling a driver’s rest area” – we merely provide potential options of questions that could appear in a manager cpc exam. While the wording may not be exactly as you described, the question itself is relevant to welfare at work and overall working conditions.

As for the wording of some of the training content, we do appreciate that it can feel heavy or complex at times. The CPC is a demanding qualification with a wide syllabus, and our notes are designed to reflect that. Over many years, both trainers and candidates have used our materials successfully to prepare for exams, but we also recognise that the content can sometimes feel difficult to digest. As for some of our content being grammatically incorrect, we do regularly review and update the materials, and will continue working to improve clarity and accuracy wherever possible.

We truly value your feedback and will review how we can make the notes clearer without compromising on the depth of knowledge required. Thank you again for raising your concerns and we wish you every success in your CPC studies.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience of CPC Unplugged.

We take full responsibility for the issues you've raised. At the time, we were using a newly developed platform to transcribe our course notes. While we were aware that some words may have sounded slightly robotic, we hadn’t realised the full extent of the impact on the listening experience.

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve now released updated episodes. Our team has carefully reviewed each module to ensure correct pronunciation throughout, using a more natural-sounding voice to improve clarity and engagement.

As a thank-you (and apology), we’d love to offer you an extended subscription to CPC Unplugged. Just get in touch with us and we will do it straight away.

We understand that you were dissatisfied with its content and functionality.

Regarding the login issues you encountered, it appears that they may have been caused by an unstable network connection, as indicated by the images you provided. We did attempt to assist you by requesting permission to access your E-Learning account and investigate any potential technical issues. However, we did not receive a response from you, which made it difficult for us to provide further assistance.

In terms of the refund request for the e-learning, we would like to clarify that our website states that the e-learning program is non-refundable. Additionally, considering that you have already completed a number of modules, a refund would not be feasible at this point.

We understand your frustration with the e-learning approach of not revealing the correct answer when a question is answered incorrectly. However, this methodology is intentional and designed to encourage students to revisit the module contents and actively seek the correct answers. This approach has been carefully considered based on feedback from our training partners, and we believe it promotes a more effective learning experience.
