I’ve been using this app for 4 years now and it’s been advancing steadily. With every new year that comes by the devs and officials do their best to keep a safe platform for all users and to continue strengthening the community.

I started epal for 5 days.. let me emphasize that FIVE DAYS, and I got sexually harassed, put in a report and NOTHING. Couple days later, someone reports ME and uses a photoshopped image as “proof” of violation of transactions and the customer support wouldn’t even let me try to plead my case and show my side of the story that IT WAS NOT TRUE.

Oh but the guy who showed me his penis gets to keep using the app because I didn’t take a screenshot as evidence? … let me re-emphasize that part… for his account to be banned, I had to screenshot his usconsensual, fully stroking it, penis and add it to the report. I blocked him on everything faster than it would’ve taken to take a screenshot… and I’m the problem.. over something I didn’t do!?

Now I’m WRONGFULLY permanently banned from using epal, which I was enjoying and loved meeting people in the community but because I couldn’t show that the “proof” they received was photoshopped in less than 1 hr (I put in a request on discord to show that I haven’t changed my bio in ages) I get banned… make that make sense??

I went as far to show every screenshot I could think of, even my PayPal, bank transactions, discord dms, EVERYTHING and they see one image and don’t try to listen that “hey, this girl is really fighting this and trying to show everything that she can, even going as far as requesting Discord Privacy information, maybe we should hear her out?” NOPE. NADA.

Odds are it was that dude that showed me his one incher pincher fighting through the bushes, and he gets ZERO penalty but I GET PERMANENTLY BANNED over a photoshopped image of my discord…

The customer support wouldn’t even verify the time stamps to show that the profile was even mine… nothing… like??

I’m a very understanding and overly kind person, who also read through all the guidelines and ensured that I was upholding them for my customers, epal and my safety. I wouldn’t have wasted my time if I known that these are just for show and that there is absolutely nothing that keeps the epal person safety secured or any type of support when going through sexual harassment to false claims.

Anyways, their only customer service is through discord… Salt is nice and was actually trying to help but otherwise don’t rely on that team to help you if you’re in a pickle that was FALSELY ACCUSED.

I’ve always had a great time, everybody has been nice to me and supportive, helpful, there is a lot of good people there, highly recommended.

Epal in my opinion this platform is for gamers whom would prefer to play with someone instead of alone, you can find your perfect duo in here.
With an active community it is a great platform to meet people, exchanging experiences with them, making memories and friends.

Epal is a wonderful platform to find people to chat and game with. It also acts as a good source of income for people that might not be able to find jobs.

I think the site definitely has a lot to improve on, highly focusing on combatting trolls and people breaking the rules!

Customer Service, epal official stella and Admin, eruanne in the E-Pal discord server were amazing help, really professional and worked quicky on what I needed there help on.

I met cool people and made so much good memories on epal. We play games and watch movies and honestly makes me so happy, I get to share my interests and be myself. Especially after a long day, my stress was all gone gaming with awsome epals. If you're looking for gamers to game with, epal is the best option!

epal is a great site, although it needs improvement on the NSFW issues, the community is warm and welcoming and you can make good friends there while supporting your financial needs

Fake Profiles Everywhere
Roughly 90% of the platform appears to be fabricated. Profiles use AI-generated anime or "real person" imagery, and voices are clearly AI-generated. It strongly suggests the site is inflating engagement with fake accounts. The remaining profiles? Many appear to be the same small group of people running multiple accounts - you can tell just by comparing their voices.

Inflated & Fraudulent Rankings
Take League of Legends: the top rank is held by a fraction of a fraction of the global playerbase. On ePal, virtually every single profile claims it. Same story for Valorant, CS2, COD, Marvel Rivals - you name it. The only realistic explanation is mass use of purchased accounts.

What You Actually Get When You Play
If you're lucky enough to find someone who responds and joins a game, expect one of two things: an OnlyFans link before you even get their username, or a player who is openly cheating. Most don't even play the games listed on their profile.

The Customer Side Is Just as Bad
If you sign up as an epal to earn money, be prepared for harassment, unsolicited explicit behavior on camera, invasive questions, and worse. When you try to end a session, customers will deliberately drag it out - and if you push back, they'll leave negative reviews to punish you.

The Earnings Are a Trap
Even if you manage to make money, here's what actually happens: The platform takes 20% of direct order earnings - and an even larger cut from gifts and chat rooms
Customers are also charged 10–20% when they top up their wallet
Withdrawals take weeks to process
Freezes on withdrawals happen frequently, leaving your money inaccessible with no explanation

Zero Support, Zero Accountability
I submitted harassment reports backed by video evidence and screenshots. I received no response. A friend of mine received vile messages from a user - and when she reacted, she was the one penalized. The platform appears to operate with no meaningful moderation, no enforcement of its own policies, and no regard for user safety under US or EU law.

Bottom Line
ePal.gg is a platform riddled with fake profiles, predatory fees, unchecked harassment, and serious data privacy concerns. Avoid it entirely.

Met some great people here, it is a very chill website where you can meet new friends and play games with awesome people!

Great way to make some money, I really enjoy it a lot. Easy for anyone around the world to use.
