We purchased an after market ice maker. The order was shipped right away, installation instructions were clear. The entire process couldn't have been easier.

I wish I had read the reviews before hand. I ordered a replacement part for my washing machine and the part was never delivered. When I opened up a lost mail ticket with USPS they said that the package in question didn't have a complete address and couldn't be delivered. When I followed up with eparts fast they just kept sending me the USPS tracking number and the delivery status (which I explained 3 times was not the case). They have since stopped responding to my emails. I don't leave reviews often, but these guys should be avoided at all costs.

7/13/22 update - I sent them documentation proving the item was never delivered. No refund, no replacement item. These guys are crooked. No Duty, No Respect, No Honor, No Integrity. Should be embarrassed to market themselves as a "veteran owned business".

I am 4 weeks into trying to get them to actually read my email describing what is wrong with the parts that they sent me. They just respond with stuff like "we sent you the right stuff."

I could not have asked for better or faster service with Epartsfast!!! My dryer is up and running like new with the parts package I ordered and received within 3 days from them and the price was 1/3 what Samsung or Sears were asking for just one part. Maybe Covid had something to do with other bad reviews, but I am one happy, happy customer !! Thank you!

THE PARTS AND PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE . Its should be a half of a star instead of a full.

This company is wholly disreputable, despite advertising themselves as a "veteran owned business". They make false presentation of their parts as being OEM and then send the customer third-party, inferior junk that you can purchase anywhere.

I bought a bearing kit for my Maytag washer because it appears to be a genuine Whirlpool parts kit, based on the Parts Fast photo. IT IS NOT. It's the exact same, no-name kit that you can purchase from Walmart for one third of the price. Specific problems included: 1) there were no instructions included, 2) the adhesive is completely generic and is NOT the genuine Whirlpool 279368 adhesive in their picture, 3) the grease is a silicone lubricant for pool equipment, not a quality grease like in the Whirlpool OEM kit, and 4) there was an extra (second) washer in the kit which was confusing without the instructions. At first, I decided to use the kit as-is to get my washer fixed in a timely manner on the weekend. Once installed, I then decided to purchase a genuine Whirlpool kit from my local appliance store and removed the rip-off kit from epartsfast.com. Of course, Parts Fast would not accept a return of their cheap, common, and non-OEM parts.

Ignore any promises of delivery time, they are not genuine.

Needed a part by Friday which ePartsFast offered on their website. Amazon, which was much cheaper, offered shipping for Monday. Due to the urgency of the repair I opted to pay more for the ePartsFast product. It is now Sunday and the tracking is showing FedEx has no intention of delivering today either. Any complaints will be met with empty apologies and a speech about how they can't control their delivery partners.

That's fine, but it's not FedEx that just lost my business.

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered part paid extra for 2days shipping. Got it 5 days later. Email customer service..dont care and they don't guarantee expedite shipping. So why charge 🤔.. This place needs to be closed down soon.

Ordered 2 parts kits, neither of them had the right parts.
I contacted the company about the issue and all they said was they are correct. If I wanted to return the incorrect items I was responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
It seems like their business model is in restocking fees.

Payed for 2 day delivery, took 7 and they don't seem to care

Epartsfast should be epartsslow. I ordered on a Saturday. Their website said I would have it by Wednesday. I paid $9.99 extra for expedited shipping to insure that I would have it by Wednesday. They took their time getting to the USPS and now it won't arrive until Friday. They refuse to refund the $9.99. Stay away from these thieves.

Do not buy from epartsfast.com. They sell cheap products and have no return policy. Sold me a poorly constructed heating element which broke on installation. No response to my request for a refund. They only take back parts in new condition and will only send a replacement. No refunds.

This place is a joke. RIP off. They say OEM parts not. Order parts received defective shaft just wanted replacement not. They need to be shut down. Just read all reviews

I gave them the model number of my dryer. They picked out the parts that were supposed to fit. They sent them to me. They did not fit. I tried to get a refund or exchange for the correct parts. They said no refund or exchanges. All sales are final. I am out $52.90. Please stay away from this company.

Overgoods scam. False advertising sending the wrong parts for your model appliance. Pulleys are wrong size, belts are not right. No returns on anything opened. Needs to be investigated by the attorney general.

Bought a new heating element for my Samsung. The box looks like it went through Beirut. I just replaced it,hoping for the best.

I ordered a strike / latch combination for my Electrolux washer / dryer. The product lasted two months and they would not replace. I do laundry once a week so, it's not opened and shut very often. Trash product. Trash company. Trash customer service. Buyer beware.

Absolutely worst return policy ever. Buyer beware. Ordered ice maker by model number. When it came it didn't fit. They sent me thier return policy and being that I opened the package to look at the item they will not refund my money. Never installed but completely the wrong part and now I'm out 80 bucs.

They show authentic parts and state OEM parts. This is why I bought from them. However what I received was the same cheap parts available on Amazon for less than half the cost; not what was pictured. After I complained they invited me to return it and pay a 25% restocking fee along with return shipping. Note there is no support number for this site; you can only communicate through a web page. Read their terms carefully. They state 100% satisfaction and I'm sure they were 100% satisfied. But I am not.

In fairness the shipping was fairly quick but not as fast as say, Amazon.

Ordered 3-part kit for Whirlpool dryer, using exact model number. When received, one part (thermal fuse) was completely the wrong shape, would never have fit. The other two parts (thermal cut-off, thermostat) did look okay. The problem with the dryer ended up being the element. Replaced element, but "while I was at it" I replaced the two sensors. Dryer worked for several cycles, then stopped heating up again. Upon re-opening dryer, the new thermal cut-off part failed (open circuit). Replaced "new" parts with the original ones and dryer has been working for weeks since. This company obviously sells worthless junk, offers no warranty, then implies it's "your fault." Order from them and your installation time will be wasted because you will have to re-order/re-install the same parts from a more reputable vendor.
