AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. I was initially dealing with their guy James but then all of a sudden he stopped responding me. The new guy they had me contact does not know what he is doing.
I recently paid for a sign. Later he started lying after I sent the full payment. He said that the sign cannot be made with the agreed upon details. And this is not the first time. Every sign that they quote me, they say they are selling it to me on a breakeven cost.

I worked with James on multiple signs. He always gets back to me quickly and I get my signs fast. Even when I need changes to the design he always gets back in a timely fashion. Great communication, overall a great experience.
