Your product ordering, product quality and service is great…..BUT and this is a big but, the delivery service which I AM PAYING FOR is disgusting. It never arrives on the day requested and the delivery person ‘dumps it and runs’! It is a big price to pay for a faulty unreliable service. I would order more regular if it were not for that fact!

Prompt service, and the 5 ingredients mayonnaise is so good I had previously had to go to France to get it.

not heard of this place before ,decided to be adventurous and ordered some ready meals that can be kept in a cupboard,,have had one up to date,,a veal blanquette with mushrooms,,,absolutely delicious,,,hoping the rest of them are as good

Founds the website from a specific food item search. It was very surprising (in a good way) that they offered two different brands with two different sizes of the flammkuchen. Appreciating you're paying for a product that comes from France and postage, you can not expect to pay a local supermarket price.
Ordering was straight forward, you're provided a deliver/despatch date.
I wondered how fresh food would be delivered from down south (London-ish area to Scotland) and be 'preserved'. The items were wrapped attached to frozen packs in insulated envelopes then boxed. Were still cold when they arrived.
I would have preferred a little more communication in the despatch process, however, it didn't impact my overall experience perception.
I'd purchase again, and recommend to others.

So delighted to find my husband's favourite french yoghurts which I ordered for a birthday treat. Very easy to order and they were packed brilliantly and delivered on time. Very glad to have found Epicerie and will definitely be ordering again.

Great selection of goods, not all in stock but found some excellent alternatives. Will use Epicerie Corner again. It's cheaper than going to France!

I have been using this website for over 12 months now. The service is excellent and the choice of goods is expanding all the time. Having lived in France its good to be able to get a taste of France over here as well. Worth every penny.

I am writing to complain about these sausages, which were absolutely terrible.

On many visits to France, I would go into any supermarket (branch of Intermarche etc) and find delicious sausages piled high, readily available. I had thought that buying from a specialist supplier of French food would result in my receiving something similar. Instead, the only way I can describe them is that they were like bogstandard British sausages, which I avoid buying because they are rubbish.

These 'Bio Village Organic Chipolatas (x5)' cannot do your reputation any good, they are truly terrible.

Easy website to use when ordering and ability to choose the day of delivery. Parcel arrives on the day chosen.
Excellent packaging with small ice packs amongst the products.
The large pack of 3 types of raclette cheese is excellent and all the Swiss and French cold meats very fresh and well presented.
Everything I have ordered from this company has been delivered on time and well packed. All excellent products.

Reblouchon is my father’s absolute favourite, but it has become incredibly difficult to find! Findiing Epicerie Corner was a delight! Soo many delicious things!
