So they will send it, and I don't know how it is for other things they make, but I ordered a ring (Drop of Yggdrasil Ring)... and what came was not the ring. I mean it clearly was trying to be but it was not, it was two separate rings, the stone was a way different shade of blue, just not what I ordered. Doesn't feel great quality either. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.

Ich habe dort einen ring bestellt, der auch angekommen ist( Gott sei dank), aber nach 3 mal tragen und Händewaschen was man im Alltag nun mal machen sollte! Hat der Ring auf die Haut abgefärbt und allgemein seine Farbe verloren, ich habe den Support angeschrieben und die haben mir aus KULANZ angeboten mor etwas anderes zu schicken, ja KULANZ bei einer Lifetime warranty xD und der 2 ring kam gestern an und was soll ich sagen der stimmt noch nicht mal mit dem auf der Webseite überein ! Die haben nur fake Bewertungen in ihrem Shop also finger weg :)

First of all and to be clear, this is a Chinese drop shipper which the website takes great efforts to hide.

Items received have various issues,

The "broken sword" necklace which they offered as a free item looks literally nothing like the quality of the pictures on the site. No amount of Photoshop can make them look like it does on the website. It's now clear that the advertised photo must be of an item they have poorly cloned from somewhere else as the received item wouldn't even be fit to go in a Christmas cracker let alone the $24.99 or even $49.99 that they hilariously claim it's normally worth.

The ring received sizing is incorrect compared to other rings I have in the same size, the quality again whilst not as bad as the "free gift" is still not as the pictures show on their website.

Any returns if/when you can finally get them to agree, via an email that isn't the support one (had zero responses from that one) to have to go back to their "office" in China which with tracking/insurance etc being very costly, it's not even worth the time/effort, which again they will know but I guess it ticks a box for them.

Bought a Viking mug, and its' now my favorite for coffee! Sturdy and beautifully designed.

Does not respond to refund request.
My order came with a chip on the handle. The package was not wrapped properly and securely thats why the mug came broken. I emailed them multiple times for update but they only responded once and was very vague. its been a month and i'm still waiting.

I decided to get him of their Viking rings, and wow, the reaction was priceless! He hasn't taken it off since.

Complete scam. They took my money, claimed they could not ship it and they would issue a refund. Months later and multiple emails later and I have not received it - they will no longer respond either. DO NOT BUY

My first order was at Christmas. It was fantastic. Great service and amazing products.
My second order was 2 months ago. It was terrible. My products never arrived. They will not respond to email inquiries. Will not provide a tracking number. Phone number on website is disconnected. They took my money and disappeared. It was very disappointing.

Epic Loot is my favorite place to shop for Viking jewelry. Fast shipping, great quality, and the pieces look even better in person. Highly recommend!

As a history buff, I appreciate the level of historical accuracy in Epic Loot's products. You can tell they do their research. The Viking axe I bought from them looks and feels authentic. It's not just a cheap costume prop. Well done, Epic Loot!

Epic Loot never ceases to impress me. I recently got a Viking necklace from them and it's become my new favorite accessory. The craftsmanship is superb and it has a real authentic feel to it. Shipping was fast and the packaging kept it safe. I feel like I'm wearing a piece of history.

I've been following this brand for a few years now, and everything I've purchased has been the great quality. I've bought from the other places, but Epic Loot's products have been more durable over time and have a very nice weight to them, which gives a sense of higher quality materials,

Pretty egregious dropshipping site. Some products are great (but HEAVILY marked up from their CHINESE suppliers), while some are nothing like advertised. Odin's raven pendant advertises a robust chain, but comes with one of those tin chains you would get in a $0.25 toy dispenser. Yeah guy, $40 of quality control there. Just look on a large retailer for the same products and they will be FAR CHEAPER. EpicLoot does not produce any actual products.

UPDATE: They filter reviews. Hard. I reviewed 5 products on their site. Three 4-stars, two 1-star. Everything stated was true, supported by photo evidence. None of the 1-stars went up, all 4 stars did.

Horrible service!! Ordered a ring in 6/2 and paid in full via PayPal-it is now 6/18 and no tracking, just says “awaiting fulfillment” Tried contacting via customer support twice and email twice - not one reply. Called their supposed number - guess what , doesnt work. Will be filing a complaint via PayPal and requesting full refund and will report to Better Business. I do believe Ive been scammed - stay clear

This store has some great items, but MANY of them are of terrible quality, discoloured, warped, fall apart easily from weak glue etc. It's very hit and miss with quality. They often send your order in multiple shipments so you don't know if the item is missing or just delayed, sometimes coming weeks after the first item, and then they have major issues trying to tell you what's happening with your order. They are good with replacing defective items, but it's often a tedious shopping process because of it.

The thing that I despise the most about them is that they constantly email spam you for reviews of your items, but if you leave a less than favourable review on an item they will not post it. Good luck finding any negative reviews of items, which should be a red flag. Instead of doing better with their quality they would rather silence you. It has happened to me multiple times and I'm done supporting this deceptive business.
