Wie der Titel schon sagen lässt bin ich mit den Headsets nicht zufrieden, allgemein bin ich der Meinung das es für diese Preiskategorie 1000 mal bessere Ware gibt.
Erfahrung durfte ich mit der Firma EPOS als Telekommunikations Vertriebler mehr als genug machen.
Leider war nie was Positives außer die Optik, bringt mir aber auch nichts wenn die Software Mangelhaft ist, Headsets eine Billige Verarbeitung haben und dazu nicht mal so Toll für Ihren Preis klingen...

Egal in Welcher Kategorie ob Business oder Privat, ich rate aufjedenfall nicht zu EPOS.
Kauft euch Lieber Jabra Headsets, weniger Kopfschmerzen und Viel mehr Möglichkeiten.
Wofür EPOS aber einen Punkt kriegt ist der Support. Hierzu kann ich leider wirklich nichts Negatives Sagen.
Bringen tut einem das Aber auch nichts wenn die Geräte nicht das Erfüllen was der Kunde sich wünscht...

Je partage rarement mon avis, cependant je suis contraint de le faire afin d'éviter à d'autres personnes de faire la même erreur.
J'ai acheté un casque EPOS H3PRO Hybrid fin 2022 pour 279,99€, j'ai très rapidement eu des soucis incompréhensible avec ce casque.
- Mauvaise qualité sonore (audio et micro)
- Perte de la réduction du bruit environnant dans mon micro
- micro qui ne fonctionne plus
- Problème de connexion avec le dongle USB et en Bluetooth
Au bout d'un an, j'en ai eu le ras bol des problèmes qui s'empile et vue le prix du casque, j'ai donc ouvert une demande auprès du support de EPOS.
Ils m'ont rapidement apporté une solution, l'échange du casque.
J'ai donc reçu un nouveau casque en novembre 2023, tout fonctionnait à merveille. J'étais ravis de mon casque.
Hélas, le casque c'est à nouveau dégrader après une année d'utilisation.
- Perte de la réduction du bruit environnant dans le micro
- Son qui ne fonctionne pas quand le micro est branché, il y a un "tic tic" dans chaque oreillette, il faut débrancher et le rebrancher le micro pour avoir du son dans le casque
- Instabilité de connexion en Bluetooth (le casque se déconnecte puis se reconnecte)
- Problème de connexion avec le dongle USB, j'allume le casque, j'entends bien "dongle connected" mais le voyant sur le dongle reste éteint, je suis obligé de le débrancher et le rebrancher
- Coussinet qui se dégradent (normal car j'en ai un usage quotidien, cependant ce n'est plus en vente sur le site d'EPOS, et je ne trouve que des sous marques, ne garantissant donc pas l'isolation d'origine du casque)
J'ai testé sur plusieurs PC (W10 / W11), ayant les dernières KB d'installés, de même pour le firmware du casque et du logiciel de gestion du casque, avant d'en venir à ces conclusions.
Malheureusement mon casque n'est plus sous garantie, j'ai beau avoir contacté le support, je n'ai eu aucun retour. Silence complet.
Je suis déçu de la qualité du matériels que propose EPOS, surtout pour un casque d'une valeur de 279€...!
Je veux bien réviser mon avis, si il y a changement positif, mais je ne pense pas que cela soit faisable.
En attendant, si je devais donner un conseil pour toutes personnes souhaitant faire l'acquisition d'un casque EPOS : Fly, you fools !

It couldn't be better...
The latest generation EPOS connection cable CEHS-CI 02 did not work properly with Alcatel ALE-300 terminals.
Thanks to Lars, Alcatel has corrected the device firmware.
Great work across manufacturers!

I was skeptical at first when contacting support but it was appropriately escalated and responded to - also in a friendly way (thanks Lars) - I am confident that when I next have an issue I will get what I need..

Outstanding support experience. Their Epos Connect software introduced a severe bug in a recent update which made its GUI unusable on Ultrawide Screens. It took a while to get resolved with the follow-up update but I was being frequently informed by the Client Solution Manager Lars A. Bohlen about the progress and the estimated time of delivery for the update. I must say this was one of the very rare cases where a support technician seemed to be genuinely interested in me as a happy customer and getting the case resolved.

Leider ist mein iPhone auf dem Weg zu mir verloren gegangen, und sitze ich hier ohne iPhone und ohne Geld, da der Händler Vertragspartner der Post ist und die Haftung klären und den Schaden abwickeln muss! Bis dahin bekomme ich mein Geld vom Händler nicht zurück - lt. Shöpping.at liegt dies jedoch alleine im Ermessen von Epos, ob und wann sie es zurück zahlen 😡

This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Within 30 minutes of submitting a trouble ticket I received a phone call to troubleshoot the issue. From this one interaction alone, I will look first to EPOS for future audio needs.

Update 19.11.2025... es konnte nun doch eine Einigung gefunden werden, daher möchte ich die Bewertung nochmal nachbessern und mehr Sterne vergeben (eventuell habe ich wohl auch einfach nur nicht den besten Mitarbeiter erwischt)
Leider ist der Support sehr schlecht... ich habe mich bewusst für eine Marke entschieden um auch gut beraten zu sein bzw. hatte mir auch einen guten Support erwartet.
Leider ist mein Headset nach knapp einem Jahr nun kaputt gegangen und macht sehr laute Geräusche wenn man das Mikrofon bewegt. Anstatt dass mich epos Sennheiser hier einfach unterstützt und mir das Gerät austauscht oder sonst irgendwie weiterhilft versuchen die ständig irgendwelche Updates zu machen benötigen Screenshots und zögern alles bewusst lange hinaus damit man als Kunde wahrscheinlich dann darauf pfeift.
Da hätte ich gleich irgendein Billigteil kaufen können schade, mich habt ihr als Kunden verloren.

He took the time to ask what had happened and went out of his way to help me in a kind and professional manner, which truly helped restore my confidence in this company.
If the general support team approached inquiries with the same level of care and effort, this company would truly flourish. Often, all it takes is a little extra time and genuine support to build customer trust and loyalty. Qualities that go a long way in today’s market. Of course, this also depends on customers respecting the company's policies and not taking advantage.

I had proplems with the headset, connections with or without the dongle..tried more than one computer, also had some mic problems along with a loud POP sound whenever I would open a bottle of water or a soda can near the headphones...also tried to use them without the dongle wich pretty much plain didn't work. In an aggravated mood, I wrote an irritated review with some harsh words.
I quckly got a response from the customer service at EPOS (which I did not expect, I've had problems before with other various devices from other manufacturers and had no answer from customer services). within days, I had an email message from an employee at EPOS, and shortly after that an informative and helpful call where these problems with the product were adressed.
I have changed my review up to 4 stars. at first I had rated the product 1 star because these problems made the headset basicly unusable for me..but when it was working correctly it was a great product (good audio quality, ANC and great mic quality). for that reason and escepically for an exceptionally good customer service I have changed the rating to 4 stars.
- EDIT a year later...this is probably not gonna be good enough for what you need. Really great for phone calls, even if your phone or computer is very far away. props for that. sound quality when recording teams meetins or just in general..mid tier at the most.
