OMG where to start i am still waiting for my order which was placed on 20th september. it was on 10-14 day delivery, I finally got a reply saying it was ordered on 7th with some story about order system issues, it was ordered on 7th and should be with me by 16th - guess what still not here and again no replies from my emails.

I have had to spend money on a replacement before I get the original as I needed before the new delivery date, but at present I am over £ 650 out of pocket, no doubt that will be more when I have to pay for the return.

so my advice, do not use unless you are not expecting a reasonable service

Ordered a paddle which took about 6 weeks to arrive. Communication is appalling, no telephone number to contact anyone, only a live chat which most of the time is ignored. The item was coming from abroad and Equipped Fitness had no way of tracking it and no idea when it would arrive.
Finally, after it arrived they offered a £50 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. What a joke, as that didn't arrive. Would never use them again or recommend to anyone.

Ordered a tent from equipped fitness came 2 weeks late. Sent it back, to which a month later they are still holding my money. I have sent numerous emails and have been ignored every single time. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE, they are a joke and a waste of time.

Shocking service. I have been desperarely trying to arrange return of a tent we purchased as it is not of the standard we expected. The illustration indicates it is way bigger than it actually is. It says it sleeps 5+ when in fact it would only take 3. The material is cheap nylon and the roof of the tent is poor quality net. Supposedly to gaze at the stars. Their is a separate top bit to add but the instability of the the frame meant it didn't sit right leaving drafty gaps all around it. We have 30 days to return it and although they initially responded to my first email by asking me some questions about why I wished to return it they are now ignoring me.
I have also tried their CHAT service - no response their either.
All I need is a returns label .. how can it be so difficult.
I find it strange that I could contact them with no problem when chasing the order (which by the way took longer than advised by their CHAT service) and their tracking system did not work ... oh that may be because it came from China which we weren't aware of as we thought it was manufactured here in the UK and coming directly from Equipped Fitness. If we had only known we would never have purchased the monstrosity. Oh did I say it came without instructions.. yes that was another issue .. well when I say NO instructions their was a sheet of paper in Chinese which could have been instructions. It took a group effort from other campers on the site to try and assemble this thing.. im talking experienced campers. My initial response fron EF was tents are straight forward to put up, never had any other complaints
Not sure what the gym equipment is like but avoid purchasing any tents from this company. We are an older mature couple who just want to embrace camping with an easy to put up tent that keeps us warm during our stay.
I have eventually managed to get a reply stating I can return it at my own cost 23.40. Obviously a further attempt to deter me from returning it... refusing to send me a returns label.
We have been treat disgracefully and to update you further I have now had an email stating they are returning the tent to me .. they have found it undamaged on inspection (which we knew it was undamaged by the way) because we have used it and had help assembling it due to no instructions (not even colour coded as you would normally get in today's modern tents)
Well hello EF how else do we know it's not fit for purpose ... now they are saying due to covid they are returning it ... WHAT after they have opened it and inspected it ... doesn't the same apply to us and why was this not mentioned until now.. emailed them back so they they advised they would order us a new one.. I have stated we do not want a new tent just want a refund .. nothing is going to change in the shoddy design of this joke of a tent.. now I am getting the silent treatment again
We received the tent on 13th and headed off for our camping trip on the 14th .. yes assembled it once found it not fit for purpose emailed them on the 15th to return it for all of the reasons mentioned.. my car made better sleeping .. waste of space this company ... no choice but to contact Trading Standards now. You had an opportunity to put things right and I had hoped to put an update on here for a happy ending but alas they have treat me with contempt since requesting its return.
Lovely customer friendly company who advised they have a right to deviate from their policy .... really?

After almost a month the SUP I ordered finally arrived. Quite stressful but a very good price. Good communication from Equipped fitness but their inability to provide tracking details got me very worried. Still, arrived in the end.

With my regular gym closed I ordered some dumbbells and kettlebells for the house. Really happy with them so far, great price too!

10/10 Customer service from Equipped Fitness! Website was really easy to use from the start to completing my order. I will definitely be ordering from here again :)

I purchased a set of dumbbells and a kettle bell to keep me going while the gyms are shut. Very happy with the products.

Really good experience! Had a few questions and they where answered promptly. My spin bike arrived on time and I’m really please with my purchase. Highly recommend this company! Faultless!
