Diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. Fit me in between jobs. Will use him again if needed and will share his info with friends and neighbors

Booked an appt for 8 AM last Monday. At 8:30, I texted to see when Vinny was coming. He texted back that unfortunately he couldn't come 'til 10 or 11. So he never told us that he wasn't going to make the 8 AM appt (we made sure we got up early and had everything ready) and then couldn't even give a firm time as to when he would be here. My husband said to cancel it because he couldn't trust him.

I’ve been using this Appliance repairman on my rental and my own home for the last few years and it has been an amazing experience. He always shows up when he says he will. He’s easy to get a hold of. And his price can’t be beat.
He is also extremely knowledgeable about every brand of Appliance and often more knowledgeable than the service people they get sent out on warranties. I have actually used him instead of the warranty people on occasion because they are so frustrating. I highly recommend Vinny in his company.

Easy, my wife went in the day before got all the information on a washer dryer set.

Vinnie was great! Our washer rattled and shook severely. He got it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. I’m very satisfied!

Vinny came to our home for a very fair fee to diagnose our washer/dryer. Gave us a quote whilst he was here and the next day bright all the parts for repair. He was very thorough and tidy. He arrived at the time he said he would. Both appliance are working and repair was much cheaper than replacement. He gave good tips on how to care for our appliances. We’d definitely recommend him to anyone and would use him again.
