Sticky grips. Ergon don't stand by their products
I bought a set of ergonomic bike grips, the GP1 Biokork about 4 years ago.
They support really well but the "biokork" is just a rubbermixture with some small kork bits in it.
After 2 years they started to get sticky but I thought that I didn't wash them well enough but now after 3½ years they are irritatingly sticky, especially when moist, so I had to replace them.
I contacted Ergon but they don't stand by their products, they only referred to the grips being out of warranty so they couldn't/wouldn't do anything.
These grips are 43 euro plus shipping, so not exactly cheap.
Don't buy the Biokork variant but I guess the black rubber variant would be ok, as the black rubber on my grips is the only nonsticky part of the grip.
