Everything arrived in perfect condition less than 24 hours after I had ordered it.

Easy to order arrived when expected item was better than expected really pleased

Basin delivered broken, told to email customer care 24hrs later no response. Still waiting....they won't deal with it over the phone.

We were so pleased with our Odesa Arc Fluted Cairo Walnut Combination Toilet and Vanity Unit which fitted perfectly into our cloakroom. The addition of the comfort height wc was perfect for our needs.

It was received quickly and the quality surpassed our expectations.

We now have a cloakroom that feels luxurious and spacious. I am now now proud to show our family and friends.

Good quality Odesa vanity unit and taps. Delivery tracking was excellent. Sink was damaged however replaced quickly. Unfortunately I was unable to speak to anyone regarding the replacement sink, everything was done online which was frustrating. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

My original issue was that the basin arrived damaged and I initially struggled to get a response, which caused some delay to my installation.
This is why I am updating my review.

After a few emails and a bit of misunderstanding on my part, I’m happy to say the issue has now been resolved.
Ergonomics Designs arranged a replacement promptly once everything was clarified, and gave me the option of delivery or collection. I chose to collect from their Northampton branch, which was straightforward and convenient.
Beth, who handled the situation, was very professional and efficient throughout, and I appreciate the effort she made to get things sorted.
I understand there was a slight delay over the Easter weekend, which likely contributed to the initial lack of communication.
Overall, a positive outcome and good customer service once the issue was addressed.

I ordered some bath handles i checked the size as I ordered and screenshot the product size, but when I came was the wrong size I emailed them Saturday telling them the issue but when they replied it was Monday but only asked for pictures. My bath gets fitted Thursday and now I may need to go driving around to find them as they won't come on time

Awful customer service. Never received my item. Asked Alex to call me to discuss but he didn’t even respond or call me. No numbers to call. Lynn finally emailed and all failed to call me. Stay away.

Part delivered on time and was as expected however the communication throughout was excellent.

Follow up communications about possible delay. Polite and informative when on the phone asking questions.

Great prices, fast efficient delivery without issues, notifications of delivery weremet on time.

Ordered it on the Sunday delivered on the Tuesday kept informed what time it was going to be delivered .packed really well .love it it’s really good quality looks expensive would recommend

My odesa vanity unit has just arrived and it is perfect!

Doing a bathroom renovation is a stressful time but ordering with this company has been the most simple part of the whole process! The delivery company they use (Stop start) provides a live tracker which is perfect for a busy working nurse to make sure someone is there for delivery!

The item itself is sturdy and exactly what I wanted! Also had contacted customer service for ergonomic designs on Tuesday night via the links on the website had a response by 7am Wednesday morning!

Good prices and very quick delivery. Pity customer service aren’t as quick at responding on the 2 issues I have raised. Would also be helpful if there was a contact phone number as messages don’t seem to work.

Got ripped off on almost all other products by Victorian Plumbing

We have been looking for a vanity unit for our cloakroom and came across the ergonomic website. The ease of ordering the vanity unit and speed of delivery was great. The unit itself is beautiful and it looks amazing in our cloakroom.

Unfortunately I did not realise that Ergonomic Delivery policy means that you have to be at home during the working week to take delivery of your parcel. I am a plumbing and heating engineer that lives on his own and work all day. So every time DPD try to deliver my the produce I have ordered they will not leave in a place behind my side gate. So I am going to have to cancel my order and get my money refunded. You need to rethink your delivery terms otherwise you going to have allot of refunding to do for disappointed customers,

Excellent products delivered on time. The customer care was excellent, a damaged item was spotted before dispatch and a replacement was sent on after. Very excited to get our unit and basin installed

The purchased on-line item was never delivered. Customer service emails were endless , but nothing was resolved. I was left without the product and without a refund. Very disappointing and stressful experience.
