Bought a 5L tin of Cromar Cromopol roofing sealant from this company. I left it on the shelf for 3 months until I came to use it (unopened). I used it 2 days ago and when I opened the tin I discovered that it had skinned over and was no good. I contacted the company and described that the product was in date and un-touched. They refused to refund, replace or help. Avoid.

Udate: They asked for my details, I gave them, they still did nothing.
