I like my watch but every time I order a band for it they don’t get shipped and come like 2 months late. I have been emailing asking if I have been double charged multiple times but with no response. Gonna probably just buy a generic band next time.

EDITED 17/3/23 TO AMEND: My Melrose stopped working last week. I have tried contacting Erroyl to make a warranty claim, both via the contact form on their website and through FB Messenger. I have received no reply after three business days. If I continue to not hear from them I will reduce the star rating even further. Hugely disappointed in the lack of customer service for a $630 watch. ORIGINAL REVIEW Really pleased with my purchase from Erroyl. The Duke "Melrose" is a gorgeous watch, all the details are as you'd expect from a luxury timepiece. For a quality Swiss movement and the extraordinary level of finishing, the price is more than fair. I hope to support this Canberra company again soon. (if you order one of these, which you should, be aware that the bracelet comes pre-adjusted, with extra links included. It just fits my 19cm wrist but was too small for my husband's 20cm wrist. You might let them know your wrist dimensions in the comments of your order if you want it larger or smaller.)

I bought a Royal Limited Edition in 2016. 5 years later and it's still going strong without the slightest sign of a need for servicing. When I purchased the watch, there was a shipping issue (my fault on that) but the customer support was superb and everything was straightened out. This Erroyl watch was my first automatic, and in a day and age in which it seems that everything one buys tends to break within a blink of an eye, I must say that this has been one of the most reliable products ever for me. I couldn't recommend these guys enough--top quality watches, great customer support even when I was the one at fault, and need I say, decent pricing.
