Please don't order from this store! I ordered two filament rolls, but unfortunately, they never arrived. I've emailed, chatted, and contacted the Eryone3D store via social media. Unfortunately, they haven't responded. I sense a scam? My advice: don't order from here!

The ASA I ordered 10 rolls of is questionable that it is even actually ASA. it’s extremely brittle, the black is more of a dark blue gray and the white is beyond eggshell
Ordered direct thinking it would be better. I was wrong.
I've used their filament before, I usually order via Amazon. This time I decided to order direct as they had a special offer. Nearly 3 weeks on and I've had zero updates on my order. I've emailed them twice and I've just had radio silence. I am now raising a dispute with my credit card provider as seemingly Eryone have taken my money and have no intention to fulfill my order.
A perfect example of horrible customer…
A perfect example of horrible customer service. I've been meaning to get to this review for a while, not that it will matter for me, but unless there are consequences, businesses have no incentive to improve. The sad part is, based on continuous poor reviews posted online, they don't care to improve.
It took months for them to replace one lousy cheap roll of defective filament they sent me. In fact, they wouldn't even replace it, until I placed another order! When I did place another order a couple months later, they ignored my messages and emails. It took posting on their public Facebook, as well as speaking to 4 other representatives, before I could even get to the right person who I was told was in charge.
I explained in great detail all the issues I had getting this replaced, the hours dealing with this, plus getting ignored. What was his response? An apology? An "I'm so sorry". Nope. He just said, "So I should send you a roll of filament, right?" The arrogance of this company. No shame, so embarrassment, no empathy, nothing. Even after working it all out, which again, took months, I did receive the replacement, but never an apology. He should have explained that this was unacceptable customer service and it would be dealt with, and assure me it won't happen again. That's how customer service should sound! In fact, if it was my company, and I heard what one of my customers experienced like this, I would have went above and beyond to make it up to them and I would have been extremely embarrassed and apologetic.
By the way, be prepared to get blamed for your email not working right or spam. I've always gotten order updates through email, no problem, but when you need customer support, and they never reply, your email will be blamed for the problem.
I will say, there was a couple representatives that were very kind and understanding that I contacted through Facebook for help. The problem was that they are from the Amazon side of things, so they could not handle the matter with orders through the Eryone website. But they are the reason I finally got in contact with someone who would respond. They were the example of good customer service reps. Apparently, the 2 departments were trained completely different, or maybe they are just the right kind of people in life, that also make good employees.
So if you want to use the Eryone filament, I highly recommend you order through Amazon where you will most likely deal with kinder, more empathetic employees.
I just can't wrap my head around why it's so hard to offer humble and kind customer support, and they would rather jeopardized hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars in business over the years, for a $10 spool of filament, it if even cost them that!
But it definitely cost them more than that for my business!
Ignorant! Avoid!
Sent me the wrong filament, in the wrong colour, on the wrong spool. Couldn't of got it anymore wrong but to top it off their customer service and after sales support is non existent. Terrible ignorant company. Avoid like the plague
Order went very wrong. Customer support even worse
A lot went wrong with my order, but that's not the worst part. The worse part is how eryone chose to deal with it.
How the order went wrong? Well I bunged into their bundle sales (gotten the 10 spools of filament and one more, that is 11).
What would have become clear later is that the confusing way to choose products in their store made me choose products that were not what I wanted. To make it worse, the website was refreshing all the time, which would reset my choice and I also ended up adding the wrong filament to the cart that way. On top of that, their email marketing promised a free filament of choice for every 10 you got. Their announcement did not say anything about special conditions to that. But I learned later that the filaments I ordered were not part of eligible filaments (to this day I still don't know which 10 filaments would qualify).
Long story short, of the 11 filaments I ordered, 6 were not the ones I wanted. When I reached out (both via chat and email) problems started. First because it just took so long to get a reaction and second, well, here it comes. I could not get it fixed. First I tried to get an exchange where I would send back the wrong filaments and get the right ones back.
Their customer support is so bad that it gotten to a point that they lied to me saying my filaments were shipped. When I asked for a tracking code, their response was "please wait". Right... More than a month after I am still waiting.
Failing that, I asked for a full refund. All filaments are still sealed, ready to be sent back for a full refund. But the refund request was simply ignored.
I don't even know how this type of company, that fail to comply with the minimum of EU regulations are allowed to sell here. There is no EU contact info (despite them having an EU storefront and shipment from Germany).
They even had the poker face to say they are actively working to resolve my issue. Wonder how honest the statement was...
I have sent screen recording of the ordering experience where is obvious how it was not possible for me to know I was getting a different filament than what I wanted. For example I wanted a PETG-CF, which is the same product as normal PETG and The CF version is treated as a color. On the cart the item description says both PETG and PETG-CF. The color I had, Black, is the standard PETG, but then PETG-CF is also black. How could I know? Specially because selecting the PETG-CF on the carrousel does not really select the product it's just an image browsing. You have to, after selecting origin (Europe, for example), select the product again! which surprise, comes pre selected with the first item of the bunch of combined filament.
Just terrible and error prone experience. And on top of that they are unwilling to fix the situatuon and worse lie about it. I never had worse customer experience in my life, not even on kick starter (a couple of them comes close, but there you know the risks).
They don't even try to come to any solution. I guess the mir strategy is to lie their way out of a solution until you get tired of it.
Well,I am tired of it, but I am not gonna simply leave it at that.
Bonnes bobines, pas de SAV
Après une bonne expérience sur une première bobine, j'ai réalisé 2 commandes chez eux. Ce que j'aime également, c'est qu'ils utilisent des bobines en carton et non en plastique, moins de déchets, tout le monde est content.
Problème, ma première commande ne contenait pas les bonnes bobines. Depuis, j'essaye vainement de contacter le service client (3 tentatives) pour voir comment résoudre ce problème. Toujours aucune réponse.
Un bon produit c'est bien, mais un bon produit avec un service client, c'est mieux.
Je changerais cette note le jour où le service client sera revenu vers moi.
Terrible customer service from Eryone
Terrible customer service from Eryone. Order arrived quickly but 8 out of the 10 rolls I ordered were the wrong filament and no free extra roll included as per their offer. Numerous emails remain unanswered and their facebook admins didn't help. Just going to make a claim for refund from PayPal and buy elsewhere from now on. They have had time to send me another 50 or so promotional emails trying to get me to purchase more though!

My packege was not sent after a week
My packege was not sent after a week (while they say they send it in 3 days) so I sent emails to the supporr email, never got response. I tries the chat on their website and they replied with in a 15 min. The worker was kind and explained they have problems at the wearhause so I should expect delays. I just dont understand whay they cant send an Email about ot gonna be shipped delayed. Than after 3 weeks they sent it and I got my packege in a week. The product was fine, Im satisfied with it
False info, no customer support.
Ordered items that they said were in stock. A few days later they sent an email that said my ordered items were out of stock. Trying to get my money back, but they don't answer at all. Think i lost my money. Don't buy from them !
Good product, Shame about the service
My order was incomplete (simple problem). Raised the issue with them however their customer services was next to non-existent, they responded to my first couple of e-mails then ignored me when they realised that they had messed and did not resolve the issue. Really disappointed, now switching to another brand of filament.
L'entreprise se dégrade
J'ai une expérience mitigée avec cette entreprise. En effet, j'ai réalisé trois "grosses" commandes chez Eryone et voici mon bilan:
-La première commande (Bundle sale) c'est parfaitement déroulé (Délai, emballage produit, prix ....)
-La seconde (Bundle sale) est plus hasardeuse car un certain nombre de bobine n'a pas le diamètre réglementaire ce qui met en défaut mon imprimante et Eryone fait le mort sur le sujet.
-La troisième (offre de Noêl 2023) est sans commentaire --> Emballage en morceau (carton d'aspirateur comme emballage ????), manque des bobines (les deux offerts dans l'offre spéciale). De plus, à la suite de ma commande , je reçois un mail m'informant que l'un des produits n'est plus disponible. Je propose un changement de couleur et demande une bobine supplémentaire en dédommagement (cet échange concerne 3 bobines donc je trouve cela raisonnable). Bien sûr, je n'ai pas reçu cette bobine.
Pour moi, le SAV n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Je n'ose pas imaginer les problèmes si vous avez un problème avec l'un de leurs imprimantes

Great Prices for Bulk Orders
I have placed a few orders with eryone3d.com and if you are buying 10 or more reels it is a great way to get filament cheaply. I have bought PLA and PETG and they print very well.
They pretty much always have bulk sales on with 50% or more discount on bulk orders. The only issue I have is that their stock levels are not great so often colours you want are not available but if you keep an eye on that they will usually come back in stock before too long.
Shipping while I've used them is free above 10 reels and all my orders have arrived within a few days.

Man får en mail fra dem med "
One item in your order is on the way" og så et tracking nummer, der når man går ind på det, siger der vare på vej fra online seller.
Foruden at deres shipping er ret forvirende så kom alle varerne løbende og der har ikke været nogle problemer med noget af det.
